I called and it's a "law firm" Morgan & Davis
They start asking for personal information when you called. The VM they left staged they would be going to my address and place of employment tomorrow

My son rec'd a call from this number.  They identified themselves as Morton Edwards Mediation or MEM group and wanted to collect on a >$1000 debt but would settle for $500 if he gave them banking information by the end of day.  they said the original loan was EZ Payday loans of OKC.  None of the players( Morton Edwards, MEM or EZ Payday loans OKC have a web presence and nothing in my son's credit report matches.  also looked up previous post morgan and davis and found no web presence.  Decided it was a scam.

Called and left a random aggressive message saying tomorrow is the last day to give them money or they are showing up at my house and my job to collect it, however first time they have called and I owe no debt. Saw on other sites people got the same message as me. Spam- shouldn't be allowed, I don't need that on my voicemail nor does anyone

Caller said he was  Dalton Fiske left a message @ 12:07 pm today but caller ID said number unknown.  said he was calling for Shelly Davis and would contact me between 12 and 5 pm regarding a judgement and gave case number and referenced MEM group and gave 877-227-0029 as phone number.  Said it was regarding signing a paper regarding a judgement against me.  I tried to call today but it is after 5pm.  I don't own anyone money and my name is not Shelly.

Recieved a voicemail from an unknown # claiming to be "Mr. Johnson" working for Private Courier Services, and advising me to call this # about an urgent matter. Upon returning the call, I was greeted by someone claiming to work for MEM, a "credit mediation firm", who recited my name, last 4 digits of SSN, and last 2 known addresses. They then proceeded to claim I defaulted on a credit card in 2012 (though I didn't have a credit card from 2008-2014) in the amount of $2330, but they would settle for an immediate, over-the-phone payment of $1265 instead of taking me to court. I asked for a website to check their validity, and possibly pay online, and was met with a rude comment about how a telephone payment was safe, and they would send me a copy of the documents and a reciept upon settlement. I refused to give my bank account info over the phone, and was told "Good luck in court." I don't know how they got so much of my personal info, but they won't be getting anything else from me.

They called threatening and saying theres a clam against and wouldnt say the name. I called to find out what they were talking about and no one answered.
