wondering if this is a legit company, phone call or what????

SOME CHICK NAMED FELICIA LEWIS CALLED AND 1ST QUESTION SHE ASKED IS FOR ME TO VERIFY MY SOCIAL SECURITY #. TOLD HER NO. WHO WAS SHE WHERE IS SHE CALLING FROM. SHE SAID SHE CAN'T DISCLOSE THAT INFO UNTIL I VERIFY MY SS#. TOLD HER STUPID ASS I DONT GIVE MY SOCIAL OUT ON THE PHONE. SHE SAID I WOULD CONTINUE TO GET PHONE CALLS I TOLD HER I WOULD JUST IGNORE THEM. BY LAW IF YOU TELL A DEBT COLLECTOR TO NOT CALL YOUR PHONE THEY HAVE TO. THEY HAVE TO ONLY CORRESPOND WITH YOU BY MAIL. TELL THEM "I know that any future contact by you or your company violates the FDCPA and that since you already have my location information, calls made by you or your company to any 3rd party concerning me violates section 805(b)2 of the FDCPA". AND THEN HANG UP ON THEY [***]!

ER SOLUTIONS maybe Rude but...... when checking my credit report there it was BIG letters ER Solutions.... but its for a small ammount less than 100$ and yet they continue to harrass etc.. but having worked for a debt collection agency myself THEY cannot by law talk to 3rd party.. and if they leave you a msg of any kind about the situation document it and use it against them! each state has different laws so please make sure you know them! and they can only call within certain times!! any violation you got them nailed! NOW i called them back numerous times they answered "er solutions and when i asked them questions what company is this 2x she then hung up... then when i called back all i got was HELLO HELLO n I Hung up!!! next time they call im just gonna tell them do not call me again for calls are being recorded and they should get the msg!

THEY CALL ME AT MY CELL PHONE IN FLORIDA. THEY JUST SAUD MY NAME AND HANG UP.  BECAREFULL BECAUSE IT MY BE ROBE AN IDENTIDY. I CALL BACK AND NOBODY TALK.

We never answer calls from numbers we do not recognize.  My thought is, if it is important, you will leave us a message on our answering service.  We even have a "find me" feature which allows the caller to say their name and then it puts them on hold while it trys to locate us.  They never use that feature. They also never choose to leave a message. Oh well.

They ask my name then hung up . that's twice it has happened. What's up with that?

Called talking about a payment arrangement from Sprint. I have never set up a payment arrangement. Told them to stop calling.
