So far they called my home mostly in the evening hours. Today I’ve got a call on my cell phone too. Without telling their full name, who they represent and what business they have, they keep asking about members of my family. Really, nobody cares about protecting people’s privacy in this country? Are we about to become lambs in the front of this marketing predators who knows noting about decency just to sell their staff 24/7? Bright future, what can I say!

Without telling their full name, who they represent and what business they have, they keep asking about members of my family. Really, nobody cares about protecting people’s privacy in this country? Are we about to become lambs in the front of this marketing predators who knows noting about decency just to sell their staff 24/7? Bright future, what can I say!  If they are scamming people (and as I see on the internet people are complaining for months about being scammed),  why the authorities don’t take action? What the consumer’s protection agencies are waiting? Why nobody investigate the legality of their business and the manner they are doing business harassing people with their phone  calls?

Recieved mulitple calls from "Bankcard Empire". I asked to be removed from their calling list. They were very rude and never removed me. It is the biggest scam ever!They keep harrassing me!

They call and do not leave any message. When I answer no one is there.

Just got a call from them.  I never get solicitor calls or anything, but just recently, I signed up for that free credit monitoring program from Transunion, and I don't doubt that they started selling my information as a result.  Has anyone signed up for anything from transunion?

877-227-3597 on my home line 3-4 times a day for about a week.  We have policy not to answer any phone numbers we can't identify.  Wish they would lose my phone number quickly.

I also received a call from these people today.  877-227-3597.  I asked who he was and what this was about.  He said Mastercard and Visa, the little black machine that you slide the card through.  He told me my name and address and said I made an inquiry into a home based business.  NOT TRUE.  I told him; I did not make an inquiry, I am not interested and lose my phone number.  They called on my cell phone.  I never give out this number.  I do use eBay, but I don't think I have my cell phone number listed there.  I used to get calls from this number all of the time on my home, but never answered.  I have a new unlisted home phone for about the past year.  I sure would like to know where they got my name, address and cell number.

They called me again today.  On my cell phone.  After I told them yesterday to lose my phone number.  This person gave her name as Liz.  Liz said I filled out a questionaire on home based businesses.  I replied "I did not".  Liz asked if I was interested in a home based business.  I replied "no I am not".  She said have a nice day and hung up, before I could ask them not to call anymore or tell them that my number is on the national no call list or tell them that I reported their number yesterday to the US government.  I will report them again today.  We all need to file these complaints and get these people to stop calling us.

called me and asked for my g/f and i told them that it is not her number.  then they called right back 3 times in the course of 3 minutes

I called them on it and the woman who i tlaked to someone must have gotten their number swapped with mine and that is how they got my number. I asked to be removed we will see if they actually do it.

recvd a call from 1877227 3597 ..representing visa /mastercard ..said i had signed up to earn some extra money..I said certainly not when its my cell phone and im paying for the call..who are u???the guy said whatever ..have a good day nd hung up...
I have also had charges on my citicard ..from a google company for easy money..
Why are these scams allowed to proliferate and bother peoples lives ..is anyone going to do something abt this>?????/

This number calls me throughout the day. I have no idea why. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME.

These people are telemarketing from a company called BankCard Empire. They are based in Phoenix Arizona. They completely disregard the do not call registry and use various numbers. They also use a local phoenix number 602-840-0462. You tell them to stop calling you, they just laugh and hangup and call you from another number.

FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT with the Phoenix Better Business Bureau and the DONOTCALL.GOV federal website.
