Called my husband's phone saying it was urgent that they speak to me, very threatening call.

Calls were from RESTRICTED, but voicemail message said call Mike Waters at 877-227-6170 immediately. RESTRICTED called my husband's cell (left msg for me), my sister's cell (5x) and a cell issued to my husband by his job in law enforcement (that isn't even registered in his name!). Said a claim had been filed against me and used my former married name and said "AKA" .. my current married name (of 10 years). Said I needed to call this number immediately, with File #: DA-xxxxxx, to discuss delivery of legal documents by A1 Courier Service (we don't have one locally). If I called back immediately, we could discuss how to avoid this. If not, I would be served the documents.  I tried calling 10x, but blocked MY number. They do not answer and it rings until it goes to a busy signal.
This smells of scam.

this number is spam 877-227-6170-the  call me  on Friday 01/26/2018  the left the voicemail that I have to call them back its about my ex-husband that he filed something on the court against me so I call my ex husband and I ask him and  he say that he don't have any idea so I call them back and I ask them whats this about and the give me a DA# and I call give them that number and she say that her name was Jessica and I ask them if I can talk to that person with Jessica name and the told me that the don't have nobody with that name so the put me on line and he say;s that his name was ADAM and he works on sweet 201 and the number is 951-376-3772... so I talk to him for good 40 minutes and the I ask him about what is going on why is my ex husband fielding something against me when I talk to him and the told me that he don't have any idea about what I was talking about and them  ADAM start changing his store he say this is not about your ex husband we are calling you because you own almost 4 thousand in credit and then he say that he will do me a favor not to pay all that money just to pay 762$ and he say you will have to pay 262$ till this end of month and then u pay 500$ on February and if I don't call them and give them the money he say the court will ask more then what I own so I went to walmart and  buy a debit card and put money on it and thx god I didn't give them the money so I got call from my mom in the morning and the she told me this number is spam and the are not the right ppl don't give them the money so I when to the google and I put this number and I found out more reports about them so I was big surprised for me to see so many calls from same number so I call them back the keep changing  their names on it so I  told them hey ya are not the right ppl your are spam he start cursing me out and telling me to go [***] my self and he told me that i'm a [***] why is it because the didn't  get some money >>> nice try ADAM WHAT EVER YOUT [***] NAME IS >.

They called me today from a restricted number  saying they were trying to deliver me some paperwork. He stated I should have been aware of this. He gave me a case # DA*** and stated that they tried to deliver it on the 23rd and it was returned as undeliverable? He said he was calling from Nationwide Delivery Service of the county I live in. He also gave me my  full name, and address. I told him I knew if no paperwork. He gave me the name of the "business" of where it's supposed to be coming from and the phone number. I tried calling that number and like above, ring once and busy signal.... About 45-1 hour later he calls back from Restricted number again I don't answer this time, he calls 3 more times in a row and leaves a voice mail that is very threatening. The means name he gave that I was speaking to was Michael Preston.
