"PRG this is Robert, I'm calling about assignment of case #... etc."

Same scam, new year. A fake legal case is pending. People will show up at my door and I need to be there to receive papers. Whatever. Nobody has ever actually showed up at my door because I DON'T OWE [***].

I used to send these cockroaches all my paperwork, showing I am in the clear. That would temporarily make the calls stop. Then, they resell my info to another collector and the calls resume... When I called them out on it, the guy said "It's not against the law to dial a wrong number". Can you believe this?

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TALK TO THEM, NO MATTER WHAT. They are not interested in the facts, they only want to upset you so they can steal your money. It is a game of percentages; they know they if they dial enough numbers they will get some suckers to pay up.

so weird ... got a call from this number a few hours ago trying to locate my ex husband from 24 years ago ... so scammy ... if they really need to locate him his parents live in the same town as he does ... and he is remarried ... why are they randomly calling me ??!! i didn't answer + am not calling back

I keep getting a call from this number looking for my son.  They call my home, my husband's cell phone, my granddaughter's home phone, and my son personally.  It is getting very frustrating.  How do you make them STOP!  I am turning them over to the police in my town TODAY!  They say he owes money from a loan but cannot tell him who held the loan nor what it was for. Then they get rude and start threatening him.

Called looking for the whereabouts of James howard...don't know who the hell he is. If I can't give information call regardless. They have legal recourse to do what they have to to find him blah blah blah. Blocked.

Called looking for information on Teresa A Bruso and would other legal means to pursue information. Call back even if you don't know anything!

Left a message at 11:00 a.m. this morning, a woman said something like, "about our location and tracing efforts for. [computer voice said my name]".  Said if they didn't hear back the "law allows" them to contact all available contacts. Something like that.  And to call back even if I don't have the info they wanted.

Just rec'd the same call looking for my daughter. Same line of bull****.

I received the same message that they have traced the number. They wanted me to call back even if I didn't know the person.

Received the same, left message tracing efforts blah, blah. I have now blocked the number

Try to locate some one wanted my personal info no way that call on different numbers every day  the number they used today was 1-877-228-8694 I'm go to report this to my attorney see if that makes a difference

Getting the same fraud scam calls.  These are the numbers used so far877 228-8694 (Mr. Number reports this as a bad number), , 877 226 6173, 877 219 5282, 877 218 9263.

My family and I keep getting a call from this number.  I have reported it to the police who have also called them back.  But they are relentless!

Same as previous about "location and tracing of {computerized voice saying sister's name}" and to call back.  Two messages within an hour!
