Hung up

Called my husband and my phones. Just hung up after answering

They kept callino finally answered and it says we're are trying to transfer your call.. then hangs up

It is Capital One Auto Finance.

Called twice today. No one there..Don't think it's capital one auto. I get calls from them from a different number

After they hear my voice they just hang up

They call me at least 3 times a day. Every time I answer, its a brief pause like someone is rustling with the phone then automatically hangs up. They never answer, nor will they leave a voice mail. Its very annoying!

Yeah capitol one has called me before from a different number. These people stay on the line sometimes a long time and they hang up right away  on others, but they never say anything. They've called six times today and I'm really annoyed. There was this scam a little while ago where these people would call from a foreign number and when you called back you would be charged like twenty bucks so I really don't want to call back, but I'm so curious!

Threatening messages about lawsuit. Same voicemail recording each time. Continuous calls but just few messages- the kind that makes the blood pressure rise. Then says "Good Luck" at the end.

On the same day everyone on our phone plan received multiple calls from this number.  I looked the number up and it is a scam so block this number on your phone.

I called Capital One and they told me it is one of their phone numbers. I t a phone number for an automated welcome call system. The Capital One person I spoke to said that she would just take me off of the list.

Capital One Auto Finance

After about 15 calls, I finally answered it and they claimed to be Capital One Auto Finance but the person sounded odd and was asking to verify my information without her giving me any info so I refused any questions she had, hung up, and out in a security issue to my capital one account and haven't heard back from the number nor from capital one saying if it's their number or a scam.

I just got an auto loan through Capital One Auto Finance, and when I saw this number, didn't recognize it, so didn't answer. But when i call it back, it is Capital One Auto Finance, and I am able to access my auto loan info, so I know this is a legit number. Hope this helps others who feel this may be a scammer; these days, can never be too sure!

I've had missed calls from this number the past two days. They call twice daily around the same times; morning and afternoon. They don't leave messages.

BTW, I do have a new Capital One Auto Finance loan with them. Just made my first payment last week. The payment was on time, so if it is COAF, I don't know what they could want from me.
