Have no idea who this is

Had a message on my machine today (Oct 17) from the same Chris Janes (ex 325) - something about a "test margin case" for a James Green. Made no sense to me.

This caller (Tony Gonzalas) says he is not a debt collector, but his call is about a file that has been placed in his office and needs immeadite attention. I call back and he explains because we skipped out (we did not) on a loan with a vehicle and wont pay, that his insurance company paid the loss claim and they are issuing warrants to arrest us!!! The lender has been accepting payments by certified mail w/returned receipts all along during this time! It's all because two people in collection at the (mid florida credit union) got mad and in trouble after we went to the president about their treatment toward us! They continue signing and accepting payment!!!  It look as if we must file a lawsuit against the Credit Union for Fraud against US AND THE INSURANCE CO!

Left a message about an insurance claim on our vehicle

First off the number that showed when they were calling was 314-380-2653. I did not answer it because I did not know the number. A Message was left by a man Tony Gonzales (ext. 362), stating that he is a licensed PI and that he worked for the A.R. Group and he is investigating a vehicle claim that might involve one of my associates. Did not give a name of who my associate might be. It just seems odd. I even Googled Tony Gonzales, and there are some that are PI's but I didn't see any attached to an A.R. Group, nor any with a similar phone number. I do not plan on calling them back.

these people called looking for someone whom i don't know. VERY RUDE AND RESPECTFUL . CHRIS HOWARD IF HE KNOWS LAW he shouldn't call and harass other people about other peoples debt!
