Recieved a vm, from a real person saying to call this number due to a complaint filed against me. Called them and was told that I was being sued because of a loan that I never took out, and they already had my personal info. They informed me that I would be taken to court. The more I tried to find out where this info came from, the ruder the person got with me. I told them there is no way, and they actually said, "oh sure it wasn't you. Look you took out a loan, then stopped making your payments, so now you're going to court." When I asked to speak with the lawyer so that I might resolve it, she responded with, "Yeah, you can talk to him, if you want to pay him." The rudest kinda person ever. I will be taking measures to protect myself, but beware if you get this as a number to call.

This is a SCAM NUMBER that wants to collect money and verify your personal information.  BLOCK this number.  I received a voicemail from this number stating I needed to call urgently about a file number, when I returned the call the person was wanting me to provide all my personal information for verification.  I simply told them to never contact me or anyone I know.

Same situation as above

Received a vm for a girl named Gabriella claiming there was a formal complaint filed against me and it demanded immediate attention. She left a fake file number along with the scare tactic that if I didn’t contact the firm handling this matter at the mentioned number I would have further allegations brought upon me. She also called my sister and left the same message for me. I could hear other people taking in the background like a call center type of setting. Please be aware of any unknown caller that leaves you a vm with this kind of information. It’s a scam to get your information and take money from you. Most likely if you owe money to any agency you will get written notices, not shady phone calls.

Got a call for my husband with  file number and a veiled threat of further action should we not respond.
