Vera - ms| 1 replyThis number was used in a phishing scam in an attempt to get bank account information. I first received a text message saying that washingtonfirst bank had restricted my account and to call the above number. When I called the number the recorded message asked to enter bank account information. I do not have an account at that bank. Called the bank directly and reported the scam.

- LanceI also just received a text from "Kent bank" in Freeport, IL which is the city where my cell phone number is from. The text said "Alert: Irregular Card Activity." We don't even have an account with Kent Bank. Phishing scam, didn't fall for it.

- In DenverThis is a phishing scam. They text you a random bank/credit card name and hope you have that card. If you call the # it is a computer voice that asks you for your credit card #, expiration date and PIN #. Pure phishing scam.

I received 2 text messages telling me to call this number regarding a recent voicemail left by customer service. No message was left.
- Mickey - St Louis MoGot a text message. These idiots are relentless. They try to get your account# and PIN Unfortunately, there are those who still fall for this type of scam. The FCC will close them down (by tomorow) but they'll create another 877 # and continue.....

The computer asked for my account number and I discontinued the call. I called my bank to report the call and check on my accounts.

wanting me to call the 877 #. the email was addressed to my cell phone at tmomail.net - Eycine Davis replies to TJI just received the same message on my cell phone. I researched and found that many people are getting the same message. This should be illegal for them to do this, and how do they get the cell numbers. What is really gone on? I wonder if we can all get together and complain to BBB.

There was no voicemail left on my phone. When I called they asked for my card number, expiration date, and PIN. I was so stupid and gave them all 3. Right after I hanged up, I just had this feeling that it was a scam. I googled the number and came to this page. I immediately reported my card stolen. I hope nothing was stolen in the mean time!
