    I have received many calls from this number. The first 3 times I wasn't available so I tried to call back and it always said this number doesn't exist. I finally answered and the gentleman proceeded to tell me I better not hang up or he will keep calling and when I did, he kept calling. My fiance then got on the phone and the gentleman told him that they had to have the money right away, no matter what our situation was. I just got over cancer and haven't been able to work yet. This company is very unprofessional if they really are a company..

    Some useful info
        Respectfully, I ask that you cease to contact me via phone or mail for the following reasons:

    1.    The last activity on the account was in 1994 and there has been no reaffirmation since that time;

    2.    Michigan’s statute of limitation on accounts such as this is six years:

    “No person may bring or maintain any action to recover damages or sums due for breach of contract, or to enforce the specific performance of any contract unless, after the claim first accrued to himself or to someone through whom he claims, he commences the action within the periods of time prescribed by this section . . . . (8) The period of limitations is 6 years for all other actions to recover damages or sums due for breach of contract.”

    Michigan Compiled Laws, § 600.5807.

        Therefore, it is my opinion and that any actions on your part to collect the alleged debt are time barred by the Michigan statute of limitations for such actions.

    Look up the law for your state

    I get this too and now just block the number. They have a person who uses this number or had this number to rack up a credit debt but when I got the number they still think it's the same person. Needless to say I phoned my telephone company about this and they said they can't do nothing about pervious people on this number. So I dropped the company and got another different number.
    Problem gone............for now . I had people who either use someone's number for credit or had this number and ran up a bad credit and never told them they don't use it no more. But then again why would anyone TELL a collector or credit company their new number after cheating and racking up bad debts ,idiots.

    I got a call back in 2013. Saying they were to collect a debt any information used for that purpose to collect a  debt for a credit card I overdrawnd and account closed in 2009 after I lost my job and was unable to pay. After 7 years I thought I was forgiven or debt was erased. To make the story short, I didn't read about this company when I accepted the call and was so stressed about being sentenced a lawsuit I gave in to giving them my information . I paid a laywer named Mark Smith one hundred dollars out of my Social Security each month for the amount that would pay off my "bad debt" over the course of 10 months. 10x100$=$1,000+interest. I was told that my debt would be paid off and I would no longer have to worry about filing paperwork to the credit bureaus about my debt and everything is golden. It was a scam. The lawyer took my money, had a fake law group, was an unsolicited caller, no final notice of payment was sent by mail, I have no way of finding this person, and they were fake. Wow! If I would have read about their group beforehand listening to their pyramid scheme then maybe I could have filed a lawsuit against them for harassment or something. I learned a valuable lesson, plan for the best in the future, make note what I learned from all this and hope everything works out. The only best advice I can give people is contact the consumer financial protection bureau. They got a listing that is backed by government. You wont need the hassle. They got a 24/7 service that keeps consumers everyday SAFE. They might ask if you'd like to consult the problem you may have by mail. And its easy to use. Just request a submit complaint form by mail T your address and send it back by fax or by mail to their organizations address. I happen to have requested a submit complaint form for my self and I am mailing it back as soon as I can. Making sure justice is served. Protecting privacy of information is so important in this country. Don't be afraid of taking the risk of getting what's yours. That's all I got. Any comments or suggestions regarding this is helpful. I wish everyone the best of luck!!
