Trying to get Microsoft account info. This isn't Microsoft it's a hacker

called here, did not leave a message when machine answered.

A machine has called six times in two hours. When I calked, a non-native Englisg speaking person asked me to "hold." Must be a scam.

Just got a call from this number...left message as I do not answer numbers I do not know.  They said they were from Microsoft and that someone from another country was trying to access my computer and as security measures they were going to lock my computer therefore I needed to call this number immediately...so sad that some people would call them back and give them all that info that they want.  I back my computer up daily...I am not calling anyone back.

These people called three times today and left no message. I called back, got "Technical Service" and a non-native English speaker. I said, "You called three times today and left no message. Please take me off your call list." The person replied, "Ma'am, I don't ..." and then the phone line went dead. I called back and got the fake busy signal. I called back again, the phone was picked up and went to a busy signal. This is so irritating!

Get a call from this number every week. I called back and a none English speaking male sad it was Microsoft and that someone from Russia or Chine was trying to hack my computer. He told me to sign into my google account so he could fix it. I told him to go to **** and that I was going to call the FBI and I hung up. These people must think that I am stupid! Please do not sign into anything or give them any information. Going to call my phone company and report this. Please do the same.

receive numerous calls from this number, all hours of day/evening, called them from a number they cannot trace, (3 times) talked to Victor, John, Adam Smith (asked them how they liked me calling and harassing them) told them I am tired of getting calls saying my incredie mail account is locked and in order for me to unlock it to call them, Adam claims they are based out of Vancouver and I questioned him on why the number doesn't show up as a Vancouver phone number, told all three to quit trying to scam people, get real jobs, I'm reporting the number to local police, RCMP, phone company and BBB (all three hung up on me)  wanted my name and phone number I was calling from

3rd time I have received this call, this time I called the number back waited for him to give me hos whole line about my computer being used from someone out of the country then asked me to sign on, I asked him if he thought I was an idiot??!! and told him to burn in hell for all the people that have fallen for this scam and he has stolen from!!!

I got a got today. seem they are really good people. they are not fake. i was reallyb facing problem with y computer and they helped me with each and everything. i really appriciate therir help and patience.

Got a call from this number and they left a VM saying they were stopping my texting and I should call them right away. Of course I was suspicious. I called the real Microsoft and they said it is a scam.

Said my MICROSOFT account - which I do not have - had been accessed outside the country.

Looks like the hackers are writing good reviews to confuse people,,,,NEVER GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION unless you know that they are reputable,,,,,, hackers get a real job.

Recorded message stated that my Microsoft account was going to be blocked and that I needed to call number left on recording, of course, I did no such thing. Never, never, call back number or engage in conversation with these crooks. I swear, the telephone is becoming an assault weapon and I am sick and tired of these pieces of human garbage trying to steal my identity. There seems to be alot more unethical people in the world today.

I just got the exact same call and message.  Checked it out online immediately.  Thanks, everyone, for helping to expose this fake operation!

These creeps just called me for the THIRD time today. It is a recorded message saying they are going to block my Microsoft acct. because of suspicious activity. How do they get away with this crap over and over???????!!!!!

Received same call twice yesterday, April 12. Left voicemail about suspicious overseas activity in my Microsoft account and that the Texaco support center had locked my account down until I called the number back. Good luck!
