They called and left a voicemail. It only contained background noise.

Has called me two days back to back. Today when it called me, it doesnt show up in my recent call list. More than likely it is a burner phone of some sort.

What makes you think it's a burner phone?

You have somehow never heard of caller ID spoofing. You should look it up.

I have blocked this number after multiple calls. I love to block irritating callers n this is one.

This is Cox Communications calling about possible upgrades (Marketing call).

Cox Communications called multiple times. Caller ID doesn't identify them. I found out who they are by calling the number back. Very likely trying to sell something because they never leave a message, so it can't possibly be something important about your account.

They call multiple times a day for the past week. They claim to be COX Communications, I assure you, they are not.

They are not really COX

Called back, said it was cox communications calling regarding my home internet account.  The woman's voice is a recording to elicit a response from you and give your info.  This is NOT COX dont give any info.  If you need to call cox their contact number is on their website.  Everyone should have a google number to make return calls to unknown numbers. Never call with your own number.

Called me said nothing and then hung up.

I Answered the call and they’ hung up without saying anything, Just like previous scammer calls I’ve received.

Calls repeatedly, leaves no message.  Seem to be calling from multiple 877 and 800 numbers.
