I TOOK OUT  2 LOANS ON THE INTERNET THAT I DIDNT PAY BACK NOW THE COMPANY IS TRYNA FILE SUIT///THEY ALLOWED ME TO SETTLE 1200.00WORTH OF LOANS FOR 400.00 AND KEEP THE CASE OUTTA COURT

yea...they cant forward anything without making you aware of the situation
and i did take out about 5 loans they jus havent noticed all and i when i took em out i needed the money so i know i owe..but im not going to court to lose ...
if i didnt do it then i would meet them @ court full throttle
