It's harrassment!

Harassment! "Page Taylor" from the county processors office. BS! No County processor is going to call you and warn you that you are about to be served, nor do they act as mediators advising you to call the Plantiff to resolve. They called me 5 times in a row and then proceeded to call and ask my receptionist for my supervisor. This company is a joke. Pretty sure this is a payday loan collection attempt - but she said I have charges for bad checks. Again another joke, considering payday loans are just that "loans" and the courts do not look at them as bad checks.

I got a call from these people as well stated a claim against me for a bad check and a payday loan I didn't pay.  They knew a previous employer of mine.  They had my references.  What is up with these people.  Is this fraud?  I don't remember this at all.

got the same call from them today. they actually contacted my mother in law in another state! im persuing a lawsuit against their unlawful practices.

These people called back and told me supervisor and HR dept that I have pending check fraud charges!!! Completley illegal to disclose any information even if it was true, which it isnt. I work in the financial services industry! If anyone can get contact info for these [***] please POST!

Do you have a legit address for them? I am ready to sue for harassment and defamation of character. Please email misslizzb@gmail.com with any info other than their fake names and dead end phone numbers.

They contacted my deceased ex husbands mother and sister in law.  It is ridiculous.  They say it was a bad check I wrote in Feb of 2008 almost 4 years ago for a pay day loan....last time I checked you didn't write checks for payday loans????!!!!  Never happened and have no idea how they got my phone number either as I just got this number in Feb of this year.  And really notify you that you are going to be served and at the end of the message she says..."good luck"  Really??
