Its no different then the asian buffet putting door hangers out or even dominos. It's a legal form of marketing and its not soliciting as you call them. They must physically talk to you at the door and try to sell you a product for it to be soliciting

got a card too and guess what!? I read it before judging it. It clearly says that the prizes and the winning hands don't match. I called, set an appointment and guess what, I won a prize

...it IS soliciting since they're attempting to sell you something - whether they talk to you or not!

Got a scratch card in the mail, and won! Everyone who gets one wins, btw. Called the number, and started getting suspicious when they wanted personal information--actually set up one of their dumb in person sales pitches (the one you sit through for your "prize") before I searched them online and realized what was up. Promptly called back to cancel, and was met with angry words.

No call but I got a nice mailer and OMG you WON $10,000... I would honestly go for an air cleaner... but honestly their product must be total garbage if they can only advertise it in this manner... if they are not an information mining.... my personal information is worth more than a 'chance to win' $10,000

Everyone beats the dealer... he must suck... but still I called spoke to them and I was hoping it was a local product that I could see from a store not an advertising 'modern day door to door' sales pitch... the lady said no they are an advertising firm and having the person 'come to your house' is how their sales guys get paid... I opt'd out and thanked the lady for her time...

This card advertisement is surprisingly CLEAR and EASY to understand.  Unlike, the radio and TV ads for cars, pharmaceutical drugs, etc., where a guy says a bunch of disclaimers really fast at the end of the ad.  The back of the card says, 'order of winning hands does not match order of prizes.'  Okay, so we can deduce that we, the consumer, cannot tell what prize we have won.  Lets, read on, it says, 'winning card must be verified with Master Key Chart.'  Aha!! making a bit more sense.  It says, 'call to learn more.'  That would be the logical thing to do, before shouting the word scam at the top of your lungs.  Then, clearly and in bold lettering, under each prize it lists the odds of winning.  All very clear and easy to read.  My last point is that there are 1,000,000 cards and 1,000,000 prizes.  So yes EVERYONE WINS!  That is the opposite of a scam.  How can the company be scamming you if your all winners?  I set up a presentation, got a cool prize, and viewed an amazing system.  I decided to finance it for a few months and will pay it off with my tax return in March.  I recommend everyone a least see the product you don't even need a gift.  The information is very valuable and the product is the best out there.  Hope this helps.  Thanks!

I got several calls from female recording saying they were looking for Kathleen Connor. They said to call them back at 877-xxx-0303. If I didn't give them the information they were looking for, they were allowed by law to release the files they had.

It sounds like a scam, because they are making cold calls with a threat to release info about people who have no relation to the person being called.

Has anyone else gotten a call from them? I'm not sure if the middle 3 numbers are 241 or 277.  877-241-0303  877-277-0303
