    This place keeps calling me about my house in foreclosure.  They said that I had to payment 5000.00 to get my loan modified and that I had to use them because my bank required it.  I called my lender and my lender said that is not true.  They never heard of this place before.  This is a scam company trying to take advantage of people in financial trouble.   I am filing a complaint with the attorney general office.  Stay away from these people!!!!    Don't send money to their office: 2727 Ulmerton Road, Ste. 270, Clearwater, FL 33762.
