called them back and an Indian sounding man answered and did not give company name, said his name was Chris, asked him what comapny name is and he replied Allied Interstate, asked him what did his company do and he said Please confirm your phone number to me, I asked again what the company did and he said he will tell me after i give him phone number. Told him GOOD BYE. Looked Allied Interstate up on web and they are a Debt Collection company in California and there are reports of a scam associated with them

This number keeps calling me, multiple times a day, and has for weeks.    It just identifies as "service".  I am tired of this.  I never answer but it never stops.
