They called Spouse told her it was a legal matter. Spouse told them to call me. They asked for my phone number she hung up because she figure if it was a legitimate call they would already have my number. When I called back they hung up. Both mine and spouses phone numbers are listed for the do not call registry. Reporting it to the FDC.

Legal papers to sign, yea right

Called my sister and my aunt asking me to return the call to TWO different numbers. One lady calling herself Clair AND Lucy saying I owe $330 for a 7 year old payday loan I never had. I told her not to contact anyone again and that I was reporting them as a scam.

Was nasty and demanded money from me or I was going to jail.

Have been calling me, finally today I picked up. Scam! They claim I owe 480$ to some company for a bank loan I took out in 2015, which I did not. They said their attempts to deliver mail have been unsuccessful and this company wants to file a suit against me for $4000 + !!! I asked about 3 questions and told them to stop calling me; I said, "bring it on! " this is fake. They are hoping you'll say "oh gosh, here's my card number let me pay that off!" The guy said they would be "moving forward with serving my papers." I asked his name and he hung up.
