where is calling from

got txt msg from this number and they said that my device may have a virus....and they want me to call .

THIS IS A SCAM. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY $$$$$

Got a message saying that I may have a virus and to call. Is this a scam because I thought that Apple was unhackable?

I just got that same message. I'm thinking its a scam

just got a call from that number  ring no answer????   stating I have a virus

Got a pop up while in an app saying I have a virus and all my personal info and photos are threatened and to call the number immediately

Beware this a scam do pay them no money there in a call center useing a spoof number .

DO NOT respond.... I called the number after it appeared on my phone. The call was answered after 5 rings (Apple is faster than that) and the background noise clearly indicates a call center.

I called them out of fear and then they asked my name and i kinda sense something was off there so I asked if this is really apple he said no but they work for apple tech support so i was like let me call you later and check if this is really true

They sent a pop up to my daughters phone, this is a scam they say you have a virus and they can help you clear it for $80

    pop up saying a virus in my  iphone 4s has a potential virus....im not calling of course

There is no such thing as an unhackable computer. Even air gap systems are vulnerable if a bad guy has physical access.
