me too they called and the gentleman on the other end was rude and would'nt answer my questions

They talking about they had a package to deliver to me gave me this number to track the package 1929503 then they said  they need my social security number

They called me and left a message and tracking number then when I told them I had a miss call they hung up on me when I started asking questions they also called my mom

They also said they were looking at my Facebook page ?? Lol

They said they had a package for me tmrw between 3 and 4

These people are rude and have been reported to the MO Attorney General. They are liars and will not answer an questions. The will hang up if you press them for more information.

They called both of my sisters asking for me and hung up on one of my sisters and told the other one that they are a "state locator" and they need to serve me but wanted to do a courtesy call for it first...

My son got a call from 877-241-7731 a man named Andrew Newman was very rude knew a lot about my son I called the police and they told me it's a scam

After hours robo-greeter IDs them as DFS and Associates. History on 800notes.    No idea where they are located.  Several groups use "DFS" as an acronym.  SDS Courier mentioned as a CID above is used repeatedly on 800notes as the ID for various debt scammers.  SDS stands for Same Day Courier or Same Day Courier Service.  This " SDS" has been associated with something called La Salle Recovery see 855-969-8615 800notes.   Anycall with  an SDS Courier or the like CID, is almost certainly a scam. Ignore and block the calls.

Do they ever give a case number to you? I finally received a message from them yesterday somebody some woman said there's a civil suit against me that I need to call them within 24 hours from this exact phone number 877-241-7731 I've called several times back left a couple messages nobody's called me back yet so I decided to do a little research on DSs and Associates I see all this crap about how it's a scam but has anybody ever been given a case number? I don't know what to do about this they won't leave me alone this is the first time I've actually left a message but they call me constantly. I have no idea what to do or how to handle this any advice?

They called left me a message which they never leave a message they said they are calling me about a civil suit filed against me with a case number and a phone number I've called back several times nobody ever answers I've left a couple messages. I have no idea what to do

They said they needed to serve me court papers. I needed to call the 877 number to avoid being served at work. Fast talking debt collectors. Block number.

Yes, they gave me a case number. And told me that they were a law firm, and had my husband credit score brought up on there computer. And that he knew where we lived and our socials.

They just called me and gave a case number and said that they have an order court and I should be call back again to discuss

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.
