- dp replies to BinbasiI got a marketing call from Mary at ADW Diabetes at 877-241-9002 on Feb 4, 2016. She was upbeat and asked if I was ready to replace my old decrepit strip reader (I don't recall what it is called). I said, 'please listen to what I am going to say, the person in our family who was diabetic was my mother who died in 2004. Because of all these calls I registered this number on the do not call list some time ago". She hung up without another word! I don't always report the call but I did report this one. I was not happy with the response. Why can't they check the list before calling? Do they not have some kind of internal procedure to prevent calling numbers that are on the do not call list? In addition they called my cell phone which I understand they are not to do. ADW Diabetes please get a process and keep proper marketing records!!
- DaveI have had 5 calls from this number in the last 3 days. I don't answer calls unless I recognize number on caller ID or they leave a message. I get these kind of calls just about every day. It maybe time to get a phone with a blocking feature.
