this indian speaking man just left a vm for me at my job saying he is from the bureau of crime investigation and that a serious legal case has been filed against me and my social security # then he stated if i do not call him back or my attorney i will be facing serious criminal charges at my employment and my home

I received several calls today in regards to me having a loan with United Cash Loans and I have never gotten a loan with them. The men that I spoke to we're Dennis or Danny Stein and Ben Johnson. They stated that my loan was affilidated under United Cash Loans and that I owed them $588.00 for a $300.00 loan that I never got from them. They wanted me to fax a brief letter to the stating my name, Social Security no. and a statement saying that I will not dispute this matter. Also, they wanted a copy of my debit card and a photo I.D. for me to pay and if I didn't pay it that way I could pay by Western Union and send it to Johana Rodriguez in Philadelphia, PA 19134. After the funds had been made, my acct. would be closed.  Also, they gave me their address @ United Cash Loan 3210 Cleveland Avenue Fort Myers, FL 33901-7182. They kinda got to me by 10-20%. But I was smarter because I work in the legal field and I kept asking them questions as to what's the name of the Loan Co. that I obtained the loan from and they couldn't tell me and they got agitated and told me that they would see me in court and garnish my wages. The red flag for me was if I had paid with my debit card, you do not need a copy of that and my photo. They was going to get all of my funds and have a ball and use my I.D.  Please, please be aware of the low down dirty, canniving devilish people.

I thank God and Jesus for watching over me and directing my path so that I won't be a fool and also I don't have money to throw away. Please be careful and do not let them people scam you. They can get your information off of the Internet when you apply for loans and other things. Just be cautious. God bless you all.

I received 2 calls now from this number and I told them I reported their number to the police department here in my town and they said it was about something I did in the past and I told them I never did anything in the past and I yelled in the phone that they just want to get money from us and they are a scam and to quit calling me and then I hung up. His name was Joseph Gardner.

Yes this same number has been calling me as well. East Indian speaking man, says his name is Brad Nelson. He called my work but my boss laughed at him said if his name was Brad Nelson he must have been adopted. He calls from a different number every time. I have filed a police report and a report with the social security fraud department as well. I encourge other people to also report to both their local sheriffs department and especially the Social Security Department. With enough info about these people the social security department will be able to file charges. There is nothing these people can do to you legally. They are the criminals here so do not be scammed into sending them money! Even if for some reason money was owed to these fakers, they cannot garnish your wages OR take police action against you. The only time legal action is taken for money that is owed is when it is owed for child support. Please don't use this info as an excuse to not pay debts just use it so you are not scared by these crooks.

Yes, he's an Indian man, but the name he gave me was Paul Nixon. He said was a city investigator. He said that if I don't call him back then he would drag my case into court and I would be in big trouble. His phone call was not at all professional. That was my first clue. I got this from my voicemail. I did not call him back

He's calling under the name Ted Lawson now.  Same number as above.  He called for one of our employees today, but it was fishy so I told him that he needed to conduct his business with our employee at home.  Then he threatend me with a lawsuit.  What a joke!

hi sharon, i just received a call from this number too, they just told me that i have to pay $414.00 if not i will go to jail, i check my account and i dont have nothing on my account, what should i do?

"Daniel Smith" called me a "bloody [***]"...I told him to say it again,and he repeated it three more times, the last time saying "your a triple bloody [***]".  He then proceeded to hang-up and call my cell phone and office a minimum of 30 times in the span of 2 minutes.  If this isn't illegal, I don't know what is.

"Brad Nelson" called my work, asking for me by my abbreviated first name only. Indian accent. Left this phone number and name with coworker to give me. Obviously, I will not call it back. I'd love to know how they got my work number and what company is leaking this information.  Very temped to get a burner cell and spam call them constantly...maybe try to sell them mag subscription, tupperware, all while using my most creative accents possible

Someone named Dan is calling me about some legal allegations about my name and social security number, and that my lawyer should contact them.  You can hear alot of people in the background almost like a telemarketer in a room with a bunch of other people doing he same thing.

I got a call from this number for maybe the 5th or 6th time. Indian man threatening legal action for Thomas Shramm. I told him he had the wrong number, he asked who i was and i wouldnt tell him. I asked him to stop calling me, he said pay your bill and i'll leave you alone. So i hurled as many insults as possible before he called me a dirty mother f***** and hung up....what can be done about these clowns?

Call them back,  tell them you watched slumdog millionaire and feel sorry about their plight and horrible circumstances that had to endure growing up....but that instead of scamming americans they should return to asia and fix the incredibly corrupt system that had caused them to become criminals and stop being a burden on a country that really does not want them here...but due to our constitution take pity upon them and are forced to take them in.  Tell them to stop drinking and bathing in the water that their cows and other animals [***] and piss in...and maybe they will stay and live there....instead of sucking off the American tit.

THEY ARE A BIG SCAM TEAM

THRY GOT ME FOR 300 AND THEY CALLING ME AGIAN TO PAY 495 TO DROP MY CHARGES I DO OWE A LOAN BUT I CALLED DIRECTLY TO THE LOAN COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME I WAS BEING SCAMMED

For the past three years, I have been receiving phone calls on my cell phone from someone with an Indian or Pakistani accent (yet strangely named "Eric Johnson" or, more recently, “John Bader”) who claims to be searching for "Douglas Poole."  I have had my phone number since 2006, so I was quite suspicious, although I suspected that some con man just wrote down my number on a loan application.  Now I see that it's a scam.

At first I would call back and clarify that I do not know any Douglas Poole and would appreciate having my phone number deleted from their records.  Every month or so, however, I would receive a new battery of phone calls.  I have gotten increasingly blunt about asking for confirmation that they have deleted my phone number, and let them know that I have reported them online and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, too.
