Gunnar - MJG replies to unhappyshill- someone who posts a message but works for that company. It would not be the first time that happened here.

- This is BS| 10 repliesThe balance on my account is just over 2200 and I live in CA. I did research on the statute and I fall way short of that. The form says I will have to pay court cost and attorney fees in the amount of 892. This also says I have to file an answer within 20 days. What does "answer" mean? They can have back this stupid flat screen. I dont even like it anymore Its out dated lol.
- MJG replies to unhappy1. You could contact the company you originally owed and see what they did with it.
2. What is the statute of limitations in your state?
3. There are ways to find social security numbers, etc. rather easily.
4. If really in doubt, there are pro bono attorneys to ask for assistance.
