It's a collection agency.

I called them back...it's a company called Reader's Mart in Tennessee. They don't answer after 2pm ET, but I got a recorded message. Don't bother calling them back, and don't answer it if you see it.

these people are ANNOYING. I do not need to be wasting my time or minutes picking up calls from telemarketers. They need to get a new job and stop annoying people while at work or during odd hours.

I didn't answer; they didn't leave a message. 10:40am Monday. Apr. 21.
This number seems to be the same story as many other "telegram" numbers.  It's the "i called back and 'all circuits are busy' message, or continuous ringing".
These companies need to be shut down. All they do is waste peoples' time and energy.. as well as their own. [***].

called my cell phone, the number came up, no message, checked online (thankfully we have this technology) and decided not to return.  Will notify cell company as well.

A live person (female voice) greets then quick transfer to a recording of a person (older sounding voice) announcing that I have won some guaranteed prize if I register for some scam... yeah right. *CLICK*(Hang-up). Annoying [***]

i just got a call from this number too, and turns out it is a business from TN. when i called the number back i got a couple options; click 1 to hear my message, press 4 at anytime to remove my name from the calling list (i did this but i hung up on me too. and it also give a number to thier customer service, 423 975 0630, i spoke to an actual person (not machine) and told her to take my name off of their list. I hope it works!

call 423 975 0630, the machine said this is their customer service #, i called and spoke to a real person and told to take me off of their calling list...fingers crossed thery really do!!

Received a call from this number on my work phone.

Just got a second call from this number today. I didn't answer this time, no message left. I answered the other day, and they said I had a telegram from someone, and then I hung up the phone It's annoying.

I just got a call from this number and I want it to stop. This is one out of many that I get.

This fixes the problem, call the number and just be nice, it worked...

I have been getting calls from this # on my cell for quite some time. recently the recorded message says my vehicle warranty is running out be for e it was an important message for skin studios inc. yuck! Verizon does not have call block on cells yet.

Got two calls from this #

First time they left an automated voice mail saying something about a loan or credit line and to call and confirm my loan.

Second time, they just hung up after a few rings, both times I did not answer.

No question that this is annoying and a scam.

released to telemarketing companies and you will start to receive
sales calls........YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THESE CALLS

To prevent this, call the following number from your cell  phone:
888-382-1222.

It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It will only take a minute of  your time.. It blocks your number for five (5) years.

You must call from the cell phone number you want to have blocked.
You cannot call from a different phone number.

i keep getting these phone calls, i don't answer them but i have been getting messages saying i have been qualified to win 1000 dollars.. i know it's  a scam so i don't answer, but it's annoying!!

Thank you for that information.  I called that number and was able to have my phone number taken off that phone list.  I do not like it when they are calling my cell phone.  That my minutes.  So thank you again.

I just received 2 calls from this # on my cell.  I've never gotten a telemarketing call on my cell before, so I'm hoping I can track this down to someone I've recently given my cell # to.

i got a call from that number and called it back to have my number taken off the list or so i thought. a week later i got another call from the same number so i pressed 4 again and it better work this time!!! thats bs that im getting called again.
