- Susan| 4 repliesMy phone only caught part of the message, but a computerized female voice said something about a $399 refund to me, and said I could call them back at the same number. - Susan replies to SusanI did get curious. It is another Windows scam. A man with an Indian accent stated I had paid for their services and their warranty, and they will no longer be providing this service so they wanted to refund my money. Asked if I understood, to who ch I told him I did, but avoided saying the word "yes". Big pause, LOL! He then asked me to turn on my computer, and I said no, that if they owe me money, they can send a check. Another big pause, then he hung up. Fraud!

- BrendaElderly parents received a call saying $399.99 was going to be deducted from the bank for renewal of computer services. Had received over 15 calls from Microsoft using my parents' phone # and name over the past few days and bought them a new phone, so that I could block their own number which seemed to work. This must be there response. They did say to call back 877-254-1669 to cancel renewal.

- G replies to SusanDon’t respond to them at all. She is telling you that they are going to withdraw that money from your account for your computer service contract and call them back to unsubscribe. Of course you don’t have a service contract for computer services. It’s a SCAM! Report the matter to the FCC
- D ScoolyThese people keeps on stating that they are going to withdraw money from my account for computer support services.

- Heather replies to SusanI just received the exact same call. I answered the call and a computerized female voice stated that $399 would be deducted from my account tomorrow for computer services. If I did not wish to have this amount deducted, I needed to stay on the line and cancel with the cancellation department.
