877-254-3445

A man named Eddie called me and said I had a pending claim against me and to call 877-254-3445.

The very same thing happened to me yesterday. Said he was going to serve me court papers if I didnt call number. I called just to see who they were and they said Waterman and Associates.  I had no debt like they said I did, but they know me drivers license, social, checking acct number, etc. This is identity theft!

I investigated this number and there just a dept collector Located in the Area of Mexico. It sure must be a call center . Collecting are old depts,GOOD LUCK on that ! Just a big fraud company real jobs they showed find and not  insulting people all day

My biggest concern is that they knew my social security number, drivers license number, everything.  I feel like I have been personally invaded and my identity taken.  What can we do?

These people called claiming they were taking me to court and they  knew my drivers license number, social, bank account number, etc.  EVERYTHING about me.
