This is just a different number for the same scam company that won't stop calling after i blocked one of their different numbers -_- All of their voicemails are from the same lady  named "jamie" saying that their "message is regarding the location and tracing efforts for *computer voice of random persons name*" whatever you do dont answer they just want any information they can use against you.

I just got a call from this number a few minutes ago with the exact message listed by the person above. "Jamie" wanted me to verify the whereabouts of a person with the same last name as us. She also said that the law allows them to call any number to find the location of the person they are looking for. The number is now blocked.

Same messag as above I also got called from 877-247-2101 with same people. I do not answer them and blocked them.

A company called BRG looking for a relative. They claim to be debt collectors, It's a scammer that is just an information aggregator looking to built their list.

Call received from 877-254-5141. caller was Jamie who stated that they're trying to locate me and if I don't comply, the law allows them to contact all references on file. Press 1 to speak to a rep or return call to 877-254-5441. I pressed 1, spoke to Augustus who stated that I needed to verify the last 4 of my social. I told him no unless he told me why. I was told that 2 files had been placed with them from a company called Titan group llg regarding a loan that was never paid from a few years ago. I told him if it is a "real"debt" they needed to follow the Fair dept collection practices and send me the information. I told him it was a scam and he hung up on me.. Company CJB or BRG hard to understand.

Same message as above. These scammers never stop. Blocked number.

Received a message from Jamie looking for my whereabouts. Did not return message after seeing these posts. Thanks.

Just turned my phone on and had a voice message from Jamie looking for me. Said they would call all my references to try and locate me. If the do call any family I will just tell them to google the number just like I did. The message has scam written all over it. They don't even give a company name. Will block number and tell others to do the same.

I don't know what it is with this time of year, but for the last 4 years around February and March I start receiving these calls. I don't owe any loan. I am not sure how they got my information. I will just do the same thing last year I told my mom and grandma to google the number and it will show it is a scam. It is upsetting they call family members who think it is real call. They had my grandmother so upset last year.  I talked with a lawyer last year and said I cannot do anything unless they give me their address. Of course they told me they cannot give that information out. I will just block their number.

Just received a call from Jamie. It went to voice mail. I have blocked the number. The message was the same as the ones already posted on here

Two days in a row a message from Jamie, stating same information as above. Agree with another post that this seems to happen this time each year. Maybe hoping to get peoples tax refunds? I talked to local Attorney Generals office who said to not answer the calls and if you accidentally do do not give them any information. If they were a real debt collector they would send you something thru the US Mail, and since they won't it shows you they are a scam. If they would happen to then it takes their scam to a  whole new level of fraud.

So if you happen to answer just persist that they send you something via US Mail.

I agree with other post. I seem to get calls at this time of year. I have received 2 calls from "Jamie" so far. Will block number, but usually they just call from another number.

Receives two messages from Jamie in the last two days trying to locate me. Called a lawyer today to try to find out how to stop these harassing phone calls. My husband, mom, and sister are receiving the same phone calls. The lawyer told me this is a scam. They call family as a scared tactic to try to scare you or embarrass you into paying money so the calls will stop. She told me to ignore the calls. If this was a true debt they would send me information about the debt in the mail. She told me to let my family know this is a scam. She also told me to put my experiences on these forums to help other people to not fall for these scams.

I recieved the same calls as all the above and i blocked the number and today "Jamie" called on a different number. Of course i didn't answer and blocked it too but it's getting ridiculous!! The number she switched to today is 877-257- 0409. So just a heads up to lookout for that number too. This needs to stop!!!

Same as above. This is getting ridiculous. Three days, three voicemails from "Jamie". I do not have any outstanding loans. I know this is a scam.

Same message as every one else but only difference there asking for me with with my previous married name from 10 years ago so I knew it was a scam
