- John Turner"David", please stop trying to publicly humiliate us. It is shameful. Nobody has altered any posts. I wasn't going to post anything on this forum until you started insinuating that we are forging comments. It has been entertaining to watch all of this until now.
I understand you must be upset about something, though I am not sure what it is. We are not scamming people. We've been in business since 1993. The bottom line is that we are indeed a telemarketing company. Some agencies, I'd say about 10%, get really upset if we don't call directly to their purchasing department, rather than department heads. However they do not realize that only a fraction of the businesses out there have a centralized purchasing process. We always make sure to ask if the person ordering is authorized to do so. We also ask for purchase order number. The problem we are seeing here is that unauthorized employees will say apparently anything to get out of the obligation to their orders. All orders are recorded. If you think we've done something underhanded to you or your employees, please have your counsel contact us, or contact me directly to hear the recording of the said order. Also, we've had a price match guarantee since the day we opened our doors. All of this childish slander really needs to come to an end. You aren't effecting our business, and you certainly aren't helping your individual cases. Please simply contact me if you are experiencing trouble with an order.

- Will Johnson| 7 repliesHAH!!! "simply contact me"... and today, I did just that! This afternoon, John Turner of DYNATEK SOLUTIONS accused "JM" a senior member of our organization of LYING about ordering toner cartridges.
I've pasted the ominous email John Turner sent me in response to my earlier, written complaint they sent one dozen toner cartridges without our authorization.
I called many time, eventually spoke with him today. At the end of the call (just before I hung up on him) he JM of lying about ordering cartridges.
Here are numbers they use/have used
800-260-4937
866-346-4208
417-886-1447
Needless to say, we have and will continue to buy our cartridges, one-at-a-time, from Office Depot.
These are BAD operators!

Subject: Attempt to contact your company: phone calls to your customer service go to an aqnswering service, you have not returned our calls
Dear Dynatek,
Attached is a copy of a packing list, indicating the shipment of 12 toner cartridges. For some reason, you sent two boxes (which remain unpacked & unopened) to our address. We have NEVER ordered anything from your company. Any attempt on your part to invoice us for unordered merchandise will be considered a fraudulent act.
We are not sure why you chose to ship unordered products to us, unless you are running a scam. The person whose name is listed in the “Ordered By”, Joe Miller, works for us, and recalls receiving a call from someone who asked “what model of printer” do we have. He did not order anything, so the indication on the packing list that this was a “phone order” is pure fantasy on your part.
So, as we see it, YOU have a problem… you have 12 toner cartridges in our lobby, which we never ordered. Please let us know what you plan to do with them.
IF YOU FAIL TO ACT PROMPTLY, WE WILL CONSIDER YOUR ACTIONS OF “SENDING UNORDERED MERCHANDISE” TO BE A SCAM/FRAUD SCHEME, AND WE WILL CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT.
WE AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE.
Respectfully,
Will Johnson, Director

Mr. Johnson,
I apologize for your difficulty in contacting us. We are in the central time zone, as we are located in Springfield, Missouri. I am not sure when you tried to contact us, but it was most likely Friday, when we are closed. Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm CST. I would be more than happy to speak with you if you are able to call within business hours, otherwise email will have to suffice.
In reviewing your email, and the claims therein, I would ask that you attend a conference call between myself and Joe Miller. We are not one of the toner scams that simply call and obtain a printer model number. We are a licensed and bonded telemarketing company that sells laser imaging supplies. We have a federally and state approved sales pitch, which by definition cannot be misleading or deceptive (or your state attorney general wouldn't allow us to sell in your state). We are in no way defrauding your company, so please allow us the time to sort this out appropriately. I can assure you that if you received merchandise and an invoice from us, somebody ordered it. In looking at the account, it is very apparent that Mr. Joe Miller did order the supplies. I can tell you that we do experience issues of unauthorized personnel ordering supplies at times. They usually later deny ordering the product in an effort to keep out of trouble with their superiors. That is why we record all orders. -You might explain to Joe that honesty is the best policy, and that we are more than happy to help rectify any issues or mistakes that may have been made by him in ordering the merchandise. However, if he is denying ordering the supplies we are indeed going to have a bit of a problem on our hands. As stated previously, we do not ship unauthorized orders, so any orders that do ship are legally binding.
Again, I'm more than happy to help work this out in a fashion that is acceptable to both parties. Please call me at your earliest convenience.
Best Regards,
John Turner

(OUR RESPONSE TO HIS
Dear Mr. Turner,
Thank you for the apology (in your email) for the difficulty I am having contacting your company.
Last week, I called your office and left messages. This morning, I called again and was sent to voicemail, and then put on hold, but until this afternoon, I had been unable to talk with you.
Unfortunately, based on my conversation with you today, and the positions you took in the enclosed response to my earlier email to you, it is clear you run a toner scam.
I can imagine many places you scam, employees whose names you’ve have gathered (to put in the “Ordered By” field) are frightened and intimidated by your bully tactics. It shocks and appalls me to think that today, somewhere, a young, single mother may be standing accused by her employer of ‘ordering (scandalously overpriced) toner cartridges’ from your company (when, in fact, ALL she ever did was to receive a phone call and identify her name, and their printer make/model). I can imagine that employer folding under the pain you cause in your bully tactics, then taking it out on that single mother, maybe even firing her. Unfortunately for you, I am NOT that employer.
I can imagine that because Joe Miller, one of our volunteer staff, is a bright, articulate young man, who clearly recalls the what occurred during the conversation between your office (you?) and him: your office called, asked his name, and the make/model of our printer, then they hung up. There was NO ‘sales pitch’ (as you assert in your email). A review of the the telephone record of your call to our office (where you assert an ‘order’ occurred) would document that yours was a brief call to our office – not one where a sales pitch was made and an order was placed.
Based on the clever wording in your email (enclosed blow), you assert that an ‘order’ occurred (during the impossibly brief phone call). It ignored the fact that our office never called yours (prior to our receiving the shipment of unordered goods), and that other than receiving your call to only find out what printer we use, your company and ours has NO other dealings. In your letter, you assert that an order for one dozen printer cartridges occurred – if so, YOUR (telemarketing) EMPLOYEE placed it (for us)!
Just before the end of our phone conversation a few minutes ago, you accused my office manager of lying (about facts surrounding your phone call to our office, where you assert we ‘ordered’ something). I hung up on you at that point, as it was obvious that talking to you more was simply a waste of my time. It remains consistently clear that all this is a ‘toner-phoner’ scam. In our opinion, your business practices begin with bullying, continue with lying and fraudulent claims, and attempt to end with defacto extortion. What is sad is that yours is a numbers game: too few stand up to your clever, horrible bully tactics.
An internet search of your company name and your phone number (return numerous results that accuse your company of bad-faith dealings with unsuspecting companies all across the country. What is shows is you not only make unauthorized shipments, but you then triple-overcharge for the items you ship! Thanks you for the suggestion to contact our local BBB regarding your dealings. We took the opportunity to file a complaint with them, as well (a copy of which is attached).
At this point I am done with you and with this matter. I asked for but still have NOT received satisfaction following your mistaken shipment to us. Satisfaction will need to include you immediate retrieval of your two unopened boxes (at no cost to us), as well as your apologies: for shipping the unordered merchandise; for wasting my and Joe Miller’s time; and for the accusation that Joe MIller has lied about what he said during your initial phone call to our office.
You state that the matter is in my hands. Great! We will see what results from all this as I pass it to BBB & Law Enforcement. Sadly, what a terrible misuse and waste of valuable time and resources to wipe away scummy practices such as yours.
Respectfully,
Will Johnson, Director

Kansas City Field Office of Federal Bureau of Investigation - John Turner replies to Will Johnson| 5 repliesWill Johnson,
Thanks for using your real name. That is refreshing. Note that I said to "Simply call me" to work on resolving issues. Not to swear at me as if you are going to corner me and beat me up in a school yard...like you did today Mr. Johnson.
I think the email correspondence itself speaks volumes to those who read it about how you savagely approached our company with a preconceived notion that we scammed you, without actually checking your facts sir. -My initial response was calm and collected. I stated only factual information, and stated that we may very well have an issue if your employee is attempting to breach his contract by using untrue information, such as "I didn't order this" -That's not ominous..that's normal business protocol. Anyone disagree? Your email is unprofessional and very rude. I'm sure that is plain for everyone to see. It wouldn't surprise me if you respond to this with something entirely made up. You have been harassing our office all day long. Just go hire an attorney and save yourself the headache if you really want to travel this path. Nothing ominous about it...if you are so sure we're a scam or what have you, then please escalate the issue.
Folks, this gentleman runs a marijuana dispensary in California called Nature's Alternative Solutions. He sells marijuana to people. Federal law recognizes this as a big time crime, as I'm sure you've heard on the news. I only mention this because medical marijuana dispensaries are a very new industry, which means a very new type of employee, and a very new type of management. The sad truth is that Joe Miller, his store manager, simply ordered something beyond his level of authorization. But, since Mr. Johnson has had a personal relationship with Mr. Miller for 20 years, he has taken his word, and the word of the other anonymous fabricators on this website as truth. Now he has literally forced us to involve our legal staff for defamation, as well as theft of merchandise by way of merchant liability. Not a good move. All we've asked thus far is for him to return the supplies at his expense, and we would even waive our standard restock fee as a courtesy. He refuses to do this, and instead berates me and swears at me and my staff, telling us to "F*** Off" etc. Clearly this is the guy to listen to on your toner orders. He is on his way to file a complaint with our local BBB office, and well I already know how that goes. Go check and see. B+ Rating because our recordings are real, and they trump all of the untrue information that comes from unauthorized employees trying to save their skin.
Good luck Will, and I'm really sorry that you chose to handle things this way.

Customer Service - Will Johnson replies to John Turner| 4 repliesOf course I'm using my real name, why would I not use it? In case you don't know, medical marijuana has been legal in California for over 10 years. Ours is a model MMJ Collective, we serve mostly elderly, and NO, I don't receive ANY compensation as a corporate officer (we are a true, closed-loop non-profit).
Medical Marijuana is, tragically, not recognized, YET, by our Federal Government. Fortunately, that is changing.
But let's stay on topic!
you wrote: "All we've asked thus far is for him to return the supplies at his expense, and we would even waive our standard restock fee as a courtesy".
You'd waive your re-stock fee? First I heard that! Your packing list specifically states "a 25% Restock fee". No restock fee is acceptable, as paying for shipping these two boxes back to you will be less than paying for our attorneys to battle. If you are good with that, so are we. - John Turner replies to Will Johnson| 3 repliesMr. Johnson,
The reason you haven't heard this offer is because you wouldn't let me speak long enough, or give me enough credibility to give you that option. When I called you on the phone, I said "This is John Turner with DynaTek Solutions..." You interrupted with "John are you calling to send me a label to pick up these toners we didn't order, or am I making my next call to the attorney general" -and hence our conversation spiraled in a ridiculously non-productive direction. All I can convey to you is that we literally have nothing to fear or hide. If you want to file a complaint with the FBI, FTC, AG, BBB -feel free. That is your right as a consumer in this country, and we respect and appreciate it. It won't change your legal liability though, as history has proven time and time again. We simply don't do the things you have so boldly accused us of, and you have no evidence (these unfiltered comments certainly don't equate to evidence) to the contrary.
We have already turned this over to our attorney, and given your last email to me I assumed you had done the same. If you are willing to return the order at your cost to us, I will as a ONE TIME courtesy waive the standard restock fee. -Don't say we didn't do anything to help resolve this. Email me if you feel this is what you would like to do, and we'll get it taken care of today.
