I get these calls, too. Have never responded. They can mail me if benefits change. As for the birthdate - even doctor's office and other services ask for this. I really hate it. That and last 4 digits of social security. With all the scams, these places need a better way to identify or verify me--call back, etc or even give me a customer/patient pin I have to use each time.

I called the number on the back of my Wellcare Prescription Drug Plan.  They said this was one of their numbers and was legit.

I called the number and it was to see if I wanted automatic refills on a prescription I had them fill for me.

Just so you know, Aetna was acquired by CVS Health so they are connected.  (You can look this up to check.)  I had CVS Caremark insurance last year, the calls are annoying but they are legit.

Since they did not identify themselves and left no message I will not respond.

My wife took the call when I was out this morning.  Wanted to speak to me.  Identified themselves as CVS Caremark. They said for me to call back  877-255-1681 x4992751.
knew it was suspect because I have online account with Caremark and they message me and text my cell as needed.  Never called me, only my local CVS.  Glad that I checked here.

i believe this number is a scam ... they ask you for your birthdate ... i promptly hung up ... my phone ID labels it as SPAM ... if cvs caremark wants to contact me, they can send me a letter ... BEWARE FOLKS !
