Is it a scammer

These idiots keep calling my Dad who lives 2.5 hours away from me and which whom I haven't lived with in many years. I'm 53 yrs old. They are telling him they are trying to contact me via his phone number which I've not given anyone in connection to me since Christ was a child.

What are they trying to contact you about?

This is a SCAM, do not call them back. They call my moms cell number and ask for me with my maiden last name that I haven't used in over 10 years. I've never given my moms number out as my own, I don't even remember her number by heart, let alone put it in any of my documents. It sounds as if it's a legal matter but they don't specify what law offices they are calling from or the company they are calling from. They give this number as a callback number 1-877-263-8539. Please be weary of scammers and don't fall into their trap. My mom was worried for me when she forwarded the vm to me. I told her to delete or ignore any calls pertaining to me with my maiden name and my married name. And she should also keep in mind not to give any info out unless she is expecting the call. Be mindful!

These jokers have in the past identified themselves as FRS. All calls are about pending litigation that is currently on hold or they threaten action in my jurisdiction. Most times they don't even bother to identify themselves.

They call daily and I have nothing negative on my credit report so I am not sure why they are calling but to try and scam

These people are big scammers. Keep blowing up my dang phone talking about FRS.
