Left voicemail with only my first name stated, claiming to be with the "county process server's office" with a court summons. Claims that the documents were returned from the address they have on file. Case number is a string of seven (7) numbers followed by the letters "cv" and they immediately say I should call an attorney "Jessica Miller" at this number (8777-269-0266) to avoid a failure to appear.

When searching all courts there are zero filings under my last name, and both the phone number that called and the number left on my voicemail have no results when searched on google or white pages. Assuming it's a scam at this point.

I had the same exact message, though the message used my maiden name. Since I have been married for well over 40 years, I found that suspect. I did the same research you did. I got the same results. I had thought about calling the number and see if I could get more information. I didn't because the whole thing seems very suspect to me. I think it is a scam too. I am treating it as such and blocked the number.

Assuming it's a scam at this point. While there were several Jessica Millers, I could not find one that fit this description. The closest I got to finding such a person was a doctor in Michigan.
