What and who are these people???

Called, asking for someone with our last name, but wrong first name. Husband said no one by that name here, then was berated by the caller for not saying "sorry, wrong number". "That's all you need to say, nothing else" the guy says. RUDE. These same people were calling my 82 year old father, only he didn't know any better and corrected the wrong name. Next time they called and asked for him, but had the address wrong, so he corrected that. Next time they asked what year he was born, and he told them that. Every time you correct them, you are giving them a little bit more of your information. Soon they will have enough to do some real damage.

Called to say I had to contact my lawyer because of a claim against a business I had many years ago.
They didn't give a reasonably logical explanation of why they called. They gave a case # to call them back.
They called again and the second time it sounded like some kid who couldn't read and was reading it word for word. He also gave no explanation and his case # was different from the first.
Obviously, a big scam and the "case #" is really the persons affiliate ID so they can be compensated for getting the victims to call back.

I just wonder if the number to call back was 714-975-7605. They called looking for my ex-husband. (Divorced 10 years). telling him to call in 24 hrs. concerning property we owned togather. (sold 3 years ago).  First time told us to call by end of business day. Second was 24 hrs. Threatened that if he did not all decissions would be final.

Same caller different number Devin McCain. Obvious scam. It is the same company every single time.
Toll free number on my caller ID  "Devin" wants you to call "him" back  a 714 area code / number.

I feel like I am reading something I wrote personally. This has been happening to me for the oast 3-4 weeks. threats of legal action within 24-48 hrs, calls from (714) xxx-xxxx numbers, now this 877 269-3091. what is next. How do we stop these ppl?

Received call @ 12:00noon.  Message said he was an attorney (Case #1863709) looking for Luis Germino
for a law suit being filed by Mr Germino's employees and needed him to contact the 866-240-5433 number by closing time tonight.

Lien on my car and garnish my wages for credit cards that were never mine to begin with

Called again today saying that they have been trying to reach me for days now. When I call the number back there's a beeping noise and Devin picks up no matter what number I dial. They call my home all types of day and night yet I have received no information from whom I owe. I have reported them to the FCC because this is plain old rude.
I receive calls from different numbers and they have even started to call my elderly parents and of course they call me in an uproar. This must stop!!
