I had a call from this phone number today, He call my home and cell and even work. He pulls out all your credit history files and everything you owed. He also convinced you to take you to court by a short period of time up to 3 days. He wants me to pay up $7000 dollars by Moday and today is Friday, if not he will serve me at work and home for court case. I had this same type of call on last summer and found out is a fraud. BC law always sent you paper work on mail to arrange some short of payment. Same as Creditors. I did not received any of these document. I also told him to sent all documents by e-mail. He mention it will be with  a few second. I am at work all day receiving nothing. I had this type of call before SO BE AWARE of this phone number.

I also received a call from this number with threats of going to court and when I return to work (when my children are in school full time) he said that my wages would be garnished for the next 10 years.  He wanted me to come up with $3100.00 by Monday and this conversation was also on a Friday. I asked if we could work out a payment arrangement over the next few months (approximately 6) and he said ..."...my client would not accept that..." are you telling me they would rather waste time and money going to court instead of accepting my arrangement? Who refuses money?...
