Stephani, I got a phone call from this number also, and they identified themselves  as Comcast, and then gave the number to call if you had questions.   It had something to do with McAfee security and they will now go to Norton.   I am not sure, I would call the number to verify before I started switching to anything.  I personally like McAfee.    Have not had any problems.

This telephone number is the free help desk line for Norton Security for Comcast customers.

I believe that it is a legitimate number. I used Norton support and that is the number that showed on my callet ID when they called me back

This number called and left a voicemail that sounded like a robot. The voicemail said: "The number to reach us is 716-246-9086. I repeat, 716-246-9086. Hope to hear you soon." No name left. Seems like spam so I am blocking.
