Did all of those American financial bailouts apply to collection agencies?  Otherwise how could MABL afford to buy out CFG  and was it a merger or a takeover... did someone get to see a bunch of debt-collecting shills aand nerds put on the trunks, lace up their boots (with velcro for obvious reasons) and duke it out?

Some one from this number has called on the 24th of the month for the last couple of months and left a message saying they are a debt collector.
