They called me about a legal case. Seems like the number is related to Legal department of Oklahoma.

Caller states he is with a law office and I am being served a summons. When I try to call the number back it doesn't work. I get a recording. This person has called several times and always with a different story.

chick said she had a claim of complaint filed against me and i needed to call the number to dispute it in the next 3 hours or they would continue with it?  continue with what.  Do i have Boo Boo writen on my forehead?

Just got a call saying it is a summons, was told to give the last of my social and my dob.  It sounds shady.

Someone from this number 1-877-279-4803 called my dad.  He thought I was in trouble and I got pissed.  They told him I had to be in court in the next three hours or I'll be in serious trouble.  First of all I wasn't served anything so that's [***]. And really scaring my dad no all right at all.  I called the number and talked to someone and she was telling me I needed to talk to her with respect.  Are you kidding me.  It's a scam.  They are just trying to get your information.

They called looking for my sister in law, were so extremely rude. He told me he needed to speak with her to set up a time and place for her to receive a summons. He told me to " shut up" when I started questioning him about it. These people are crazy! And I hope they don't Come across someone who actually believes them & they end up getting scammed. What can we do to these people? Are there numbers to call to report them?

I just got a call from this number (877-279-4803) and they told me that my sister, who does not live here, needed to be at my home tomorrow to be served a subpoena. What's interesting is that this caller addressed my sister by her maiden name which she's been married for over 15 years and she has been going by her married name ever since. Another interesting thing about this call was that this caller also addressed my sister by her first name that no one really knows about, Josephine. Everyone calls her Trecia. So, if they know so much about my sister then why don't they just call her on her phone? Rhetorical question of course. One thing was for sure, they sure were persistent.

Did they know more about your sister-in-law than you thought they would? I'm the one who posted the message before your message, the one named, "I called them back". These guys know so much about who they are calling for.

They keep calling me and my mom asking for her using her last name and saying the same thing about being served a summons and they "suggest" I call within the next 2 hours or 3 hours depending on the day they call. Very rude when I told them to stop calling me. Is there anyone we can report this company too?

They called my mom for my sister in law they said the same thing abt court and and she needed to appear. its a scam and someone needs to stop it....

My sister-in-law got a harassing phone call from "Portfolio Investment Financial" at 877-279-4803. I have no idea how they got her number - she is married and uses her married name. She reported they were very rude and aggressive on the phone.

I called the number and spoke with "James Franklin" (probably a fake name) and it turned out that they were looking for "George Lander" (I'm Gregg Lander), who was not me, as verified by the last 4 of my/his SS#. "James" was polite and professional (if a little curt) and said he would ensure Sis is not called again. We'll see.

These people called my mother saying my husband needed to contact them to these number ,So i called and talked to someone named mark and he said my husband had a bad credit card from hsbc and that the bank was suing him for 4000.00 dlls .And that they would settle all these for 1900.00 and that they would close the case .so they ripped me off with 500.00 and thats when we found out that we didnt even have that credit card so now we try to get a hold of them for 3 wks straight and a recording answers to leave a message and they would return my call with in 24 hrs its being three weeks and nothing.:::::(((((((((.

They now block their number when they call and now use 855 phone numbers but the scam is the same. They have called here from numerous names mentioned above and always give a fake case number with a 855 call back number where they answer the phone HELLO. Really what company answers the phone hello! Red Flag right there.

The new name that they are running credit under is McKellar and Associates group located in Eastvale. However on your credit report it will show a different address that is registered to a Stanley Freeman and Associates.

I ran business licenses on all companies and nothing about them is legit.

BEWARE and do not pay them a dime!
