This appears to be from a marketing company called THE ENERGY BULL, advertising investments in Hybrid Technologies.  Hybrid claims they are not employing anyone to send out faxes, so this may be a pump and dump effort.

The caller id shows Unknown but my phone is also a fax. The fax came on and a flyer for The Energy Bull came thorugh.

Unsolicited "Energy Bull" junk fax.  Bottom of page notes: "If you have received this alert in error and are not a member of The Energy Bull's recipient lists we apologize.  Please call 1-877-283-0446 to have your number removed."  So I called, and a pleasant recording asked me to enter my fax number---hope it does the trick.

Unwanted fax promoting HYBR stock; tired of having pricks like this waste a complete ream of paper each week through my fax machine. Isn't there any way to find out who pays for the 877 Area code number and have it turned off? No one wants this kind of crap every day!

It may be time to fax these to the securities and Exchange Commission and file a formal complaint.  We can't protect our fax machines nor our toner, but there are very strict rules on who can and can't "sell" securities.  Did anyone notice that the voice on "the take me off your fax list" sounded very Canadian?? US laws do not pertain to people in Canada!!

Report it to the FCC under Junk Fax. It is illegal to send Junk Fax messages.

The Energy Bull is still hyping Hybrid Technologies on May 11.  That stock went down, down, down and is now sitting a long time at bottom.
Apparently this ploy isn't working.  Last of their picks, VNGM went up briefly from their efforts and then fell way off again.  Maybe they get into these stocks and try this tactic to raise the price so they can get back out at a profit. I received a fax from the energy bull without *any* information to unsubscribe. Thanks for the info above, I will report them to the FCC.

Sick of unsolicted faxes like one from "The Energy Bull."  Fax promoting Hubrid Technologies, Inc. received on May 18.  Number of 1-877-283-0446 listed on fax as way to be removed.  Don't plan to call because I suspect it is a way to validate a working fax number exists.  I will report it to the FCC--thanks for the link.

I have filed complaints with both the FCC and the FTC. The number is not in the U.S. If you call it you are outside of FTC and FCC jurisdiction.

Idahoan - I don't understand what you're talking about! I got the unsolicited fax about HYBR on April 14, 2008. The price was $3.89. On May 12, 2008, the price was $4.66 or a gain of 19.8%! Today, midday, it is at
$5.16!
I know, sometimes they get lucky...you just don't know when and with what.

We, too, are getting the Energy Bull Report everyday. Bet the removal number doesn't work. I used the number someone provided below. The number doesn't appear on our faxes.

Once again, a spam fax from a fraud marketing company whose owners should be in prison, and one day they will be, when law enforcement starts arresting these scamming vermin and throws them in jail, hopefully for a long time.

Question for you tech guys. Is there a way to set up multiple computers to call their toll free number repeatedly? In other words, could everyone that reads this page, set up their computer to call them incessantly for hours on end? This would certainly start to have an impact on their phone bill.
