I just got one saying I was gonna go to jail

Robo call for a "Business Alert" for someone that we don't know.

Robo call at place of employment. Scammers.

Did you ever hear anything more or go to jail? They are calling me threatening me the same thing.

Keeps calling my work number.

All this is a scam, do not give any information over the phone. They cannot arrest you for being late or even defaulting on a payday loan. They are scum, ignore them at all costs!

There name when they call my ID comes up as Identified as Spam so the number has been listed on a spam site for it to do that. I dont answer calls that I dont know.

Called my work number. Said to call 315-930-4893.  It was a company the name started with an M Litigations. Im not concerned. If they were really going to do anything legally, they wouldn't call you to get a statement from you! DO NOT ENGAGE!

Since they are calling my work number I am reporting them for harassment to the local police.  

Called the 315-930-4893 number left on my voicemail - muted the call - phone rings and says "Please hold while we connect your call". Man anwers after about 30 seconds. Says hello, I unmuted and said "whats the name of this company" he said "I've said hello 3 times, what do you want" I repeated my question, he said "this is madison Web and Associates, not what can i do for you?" I muted call again. He hung up.

PROOF that this is a SCAM! I am looking up Madison Web Associates now to see if the same scam report shows up! Also reporting to BBB, FBI and Attorney Generals office.
