Text from 434-695-7332 to call 877-283-4913. Supposedly SunTrust Bank that a security hold was placed on my debit card. I suspected it was bogus, and I was right. The automated system said it had identified my account from the phone number (called from a number not associated with my account). Gave it a bogus card details, DOB, SSN, name. At the end said to hold on if I wanted to speak with a representative. It actually transfers to SunTrust customer service. Alerted them to the scam.

Rule: NEVER call back any number claiming to be your bank. ONLY phone the number on the back of your card or statement.
