Repeated calls from BIG.  A recorded voice, uses a different name everytime.

Calling my job and hanging up

I got a phne call from this company...I have nothing to do with them I have never even taken a pay day loan ( I am assuming that is what pdl stands for ).  They left a message asking me to call them back with my ssn and name...if it was legit they would already have that info.

somplace called named big calling about a loan, i dont have any loans with anyone called big

They are saying that I have to repay $550 on a $200 loan and they say
that they can't except a money order. They want my banking info

do not give out any info on the phone.

please these call daily looking for one our employees and we told them not ot call and they just laugh at us 18772836730 i filed a complaint agianst them for the federal trade next step will be a police report this is a place of business these people are from the united kingdom and wont even give me there address so i can write and tell them to cease the phone calls they dont believe in the american laws

I found the best thing to do with them is to put him on hold. or call your phone copmany and ask them to ban that # from calling you.

these people are calling my supervisor now.    They have called my house and my office, now they have called my supervisor.     They need to be reported to someone.  I will be calling the phone company today. You can hardly understand them when they call.

calling one of my employees several times a day after being told that can not handle personal business while working.  Will not stop calling!

These jokers have called 11 times within the past 2 working days! This is a place of business & when I will not put the call through to the employee, they become very rude. I offer to take a message & they DEMAND to speak to her, which makes me laugh & makes them angrier.
We have a Solicitor button on our phone, that basically tells them to quit calling, so I tell them to hold please, then hit that button. They also use the following #:

This guy from the Big pay day loan company called me at work saying he needed me to make a payment on a loan by friday, i told him i couldn't talk because i was at work and he insisted on raising his voice and being forceful with me!  I hung up on him and he called back and said don't hang up on me i will keep calling back, i told him i was at work he said he was too and to tell him when i was going to make my payment.  I told him i couldn't talk and hung up again, he called back my co-worker got into a confrontation with her and my manager, they were the rudest people i ever dealt with they wouldn't even give me their address when i asked what it was, and refused to mail me a statement when i requested one to be sent!

Wanted one of our employees when i asked them to stop calling they said they would not unless the employee paid them!! They called numerous times, all people who don't speak "English" (if you know what I mean!)We are blocking them thru the phone company. Don't give in to them and don't annoy employees b/c they aren't legit!!

This company called my work over 10 times in a few days.  They threatened the receptionist with physical harm, and denied any calls when contacted.

Same thing - won't stop calling, asking for someone who doesn't work here anymore, and they are very rude.  Sounds like they're in India...using names like Ricky Jones, Paul Smith - we asked to speak to a supervisor, and started getting very angry with them, and they hung up on us.  We called back, and didn't get anywhere.

i found a site that an adrs in NY whether it is legit or not but that is Route 66, 46 State St, Third Floor, Albany, NY 12207, Phone: 1877-564-7738, which you will get the same people answering as the 877-283-6730 & 87-280-2337 #'s with the same noisey background.  If they are not real & in the UK i dount know how to report them or how a police report will help.  
my story is this.
I get a call from a blocked number several times a week & daily.  If they dont hang up on me & I dont answer they leave a message that is extremely hard to understand & hear.  They either talk so low you cant make out anything or there is so much noise in the background which makes it sound unprofessional from a collection company, if that in fact is that they are.  They call me at my direct # for work & are looking for a former employee.  I have tried to tell them that she no longer works here & to stop calling, which didn't work so i called back to speak with a supervisor to which i was advised it would be taken care of. however i still am getting calls & spoke to another supervisor who hung up on me for asking too many questions.  they dont want to talk to you unless you give them your social security number & i was even lucky to get the so-called managers.  I last spoke to someone who told me his name was john doja & gave me 2 different names as the company, now totalling 3 alias': GSS, BIG & Route 66 Funding.  When i told him i needed the address and the correct company name he refused & would not tell me the name of the owner i told him i was going to report him to the BBB.  He responded with i dont take threats well & that he was too busy to deal with me, still not knowing whether i was one of his "customers" or not.  if collections is his job them he shouldn't be too busy to speak to a debtor.

continually calls my line (in payroll) asking for an individual. I have asked them to send me something in writing including a signed release from the individual as we cannot release any information without signed consent. They refuse and hang up. Then call back at least once a day; one day I got 4 messages from them. When I asked to have my number removed from their list as I cannot help them without something in writing, he said they could not do it. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and he said "i am my own supervisor". when I questioned that, he said he owned the company!. When I stated that, "as the owner of the company, then, you should have the authority to remove my number", all he could reply was "i sure hope so". After that, I have continued to receive voice messages from them. they leave messages for me to return a call to 1-877-283-6730. the next time they call i will try to get information to report them to the BBB.

We keep getting repeated called day after day from this company wishing to speak with one of our past employees. They must call us at least five times a day everyday wanting to speak with this past employee. They refused to give us their name, phone number or any form of contact. Finally, we got some information out of them and they stated that they were trying to renew your co-workers loan and asked us if we could make a payment if not we would have to pay 35$ now to hold our account. The lady we got this information from was named Rachel.
