Appears to be yet another scam to get your account info.  Says they are ChexSystems, however 877-285-2839 isn't a number associated with them.  ChexSystems' contact number is 800-428-9623

I called my bank first and no suspicious activity. Called them and he was from Check System legal dept about a walk in payday loan for $350 from 4 yrs ago. Told him all my debt has been in chapter 13 and asked for info to give my attorney. Just told me that's ok they will update my file. Wouldn't give me any info and seemed strange.

THey left a voicemail stating to contact check systems there was fraud on my account i paniced contacted them back they refuse to give me info stated that i would have a judgement in 72 hours

Left a voicemail stating to call them back, scam!

Left me a voicemail that there is suspicious activity on my checking account, but my phone number is not on any of our accounts.  Didn't bother calling them back after reading I am not the only one!

Got a call today and went to voice mail.  They said that they are Chex Systems.  Um, no they are not.  They are harassing the heck out of me and calling me on my job.  

They are so annoying.  The number is not chex systems.  It some Chinese people.

Yuppers Chexsystems NOT..... They are the low of the low trying to get you to payback some 5 year old payday loan and trying to get info out of you about your account....DON'T DO IT!!!!!! SNEAKY SLANT EYED MFers
