Store credit card collections

Female voice indicated that she was calling from Comenity Bank & had problem with my account.  Wanted my complete SS # which I said I would give last 4 numbers.  She replied that all numbers must be given. I said no.  She said then to give my Acct # which I said No again.She then indicated that someone would call me to verify it was legitimate.  No other call ever received.

I have receive several calls needing to talk to anita. I called # talked to mishelle carl And brian. they would not give last name and would not answer my questions?

I  received a call from same number on my voicemail and person left voice mall message said his name was Mr. Warrren from Comenity Bank and wanted me to call 877-285-4015 ext 1216 and ask to speak with me or my attorney.  He said I could call the office up til 10 p.m. The number showed up on my voicemail as restricted

I received a VM from this number but said they were calling from Columbia Bank. Also said either myself or my attorney should call

Female voice indicated that she was calling from Comenity Bank regarding to a matter that was escalated to her; and want me to call her back wi ext: 1216402.

someone left a voice mail on my phone.  They had the wrong number and the wrong person.  I did not return the call. It came up restricted.    More scammers on the loose.

so is it legit what do they want - i just got a call same message -

I received a call at my father's number asking for me. HFM Business.  Wanted my father to give him my phone number.

Was this ever figured out or ? I got a cal from the same number obviously they are using diff names but what came of this call? Mine didn't even mention where he was calling from

Received an email requesting to enter my user id and full social, i did not recognize that website as being the one I use to make my payments for my express credit card. I believe its a scam!

call came up restricted so i never answered . lisa left msg to call her x1215046. when returned call didn't not go to the ext, person asked for ssn, dob. I refused and said someone would call back.
if you go to the link below, bottom left lists all store credit cards they manage.   May be legit if you are past due, someone used your credit card * but * also have long list of complaints and FDIC action against them for violating federal trade commission act.  If you need to file complaint with FDIC the # is 877-275-3342.

I got a message on my answering machine asking for a E--- H----- or their attorney to call 877-285-4015 X1215190 regarding Comenity Bank.  This person does not reside in my home, but is a friend of mine.  Not sure if I should report it.  But will definitely alert my friend.

Its Commeniy Bank.  They  handle several store credit card accounts, mine happened to be a charge account from pottery barn kids.

This is the second suspicious call I have gotten this week after using my Boscovs store card recently. The first didn't mention their business at all. The six digit extension made me extra suspicious. Then I received one from this number and the woman didn't seem to know how to pronounce Comenity. I don't know if they already have all my card info and just want my info now.

I received a text message from this number, asking me to call Comenity Bank about my Torrid account. I checked the bill and the numbers don't match. This is a scam.

Been getting calls like this all day - fortunately I have an app on iPhone called HiYa which is a scam alert and each call came up scam alert. I have acct with Commenity Bank but phone number didn't match. Same 877-285-4015. Assume due to HiYa they could not leave voicemail.  You should find this app and use it !!!

This number has left me fake voicemails. They keep trying to act as if they are my bank, which I know they are not because my banks do not send me calls, stating things are an urgent matter. I have no issues with any of my accounts. They also tried to send me a spam text, trying to get me to click on a phony link - which I did not. The number they told me to call back didn’t even match with the number they called from. The number they gave also does not match any phone number that is associated with any bank. Beware. This is 100% a scam.

They keep calling me and saying there is a problem with my account but my account is paid off!
