These guys are CoyneTrace services, affiliated with AmericanWebLoan, a known and notorious scammer.  I tried calling this number back and spoke with a Jeff, tried to reason with them, they literally said I had a guilty conscience because I called the idiots back and tried to work with them. Their total and complete lack of competence mixed with the fact that CoyneTrace has NO web presence at all, and also works with AmericanWebLoan, brands them to me as scammers.

Theyare scammers, theymessdupmyomputernweni phonedthemsonelieingfemalesais i havevirus nshe wouldgetridof it nfix my computer.Al ;shewanted was $99.99nwen idais nowaywill ipay touthat much the bitchhungup n a real honest repair companywill fix thedamage tesesscammerdid to mycomputer for only $35.Oo

I had a virus on my computer and my computer kept popping up a page that said to call this #. When I called, they told me they could fix it for 100 dollars. I quickly hung up the phone and called an actual repair company to fix the damage these people mad.

I got the same [***].  The number was in a virus that popped up on my 1 hour old computer.

I have this happen about every two months. Not always the same phone nunber. Just go to menu and set your computer to an earlier date. Any date prior to the date of the scam.

Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

Something happened to me.  I force closed Internet Explorer & ran a virus scan...  of course no virus came up during the scan.

Same thing, no something :)
