Then you should be able to give us the legal address of this company, and their attorney's BAR number and name.  Nothing personally identifiable there.

Appear to be serious debt collectors.  Not clear if they go to court that often or not.  If you are served with a valid summons and complaint by a legitimate process server, make sure you answer the complaint in the allotted time.
Failure to do so might result in a default judgement.

The caller asked for me by my full name. I said:  "speaking".  He then asked for the last four digits of my ss# to verify my identity before telling me the purpose of the call. I told them that if they could not tell me the reason for the call, I would not give them any info and hung up. Forty minutes later, I received a call from 855-835-0010 but I did not answer. That number appears to be from a contractor for SSI's ticket to work program. This maybe a coincidence and I am not on SSI, but my number is a contact number for a friend who is. That number has been reported as a scam.

I did too recently. Did you have to go to court?

So a process server came to your home and handed you a summons?

Harassment constant calls and mailbox mail with unsent UPS stamped parcels and threats to my well being... I am disabled and on SSDI

Debt Collector, contacted by mail at first last year.(Mandarich). And said they would file in  court if my debit was not paid. Now a year later summons by a process server, which did not give me proof when I was summons, and gave it to a house-hold member, and said there name was on there too. Which was false information, only my name was on the summons. Looked up court case, was not found, or party or plaintiff or law group.

I'm confused. You already know to whom this number belongs so why are you here?

Someone called from a number in my area code.  Left a message to call 877-285-4918.  I called back.  Sounds like a legit company.  The person who answered said that based on my phone number, the call was for someone I have never heard of.  He apologized said he would take my number off the list.
