It is Time Warner Cable trying to get you to buy more services.

I did not pick up, they left no message.  I am with Time Warner though, could be them like Jennifer said.  My investigation ends here.

Wow- have blocked this called 3 times with BuzzOff and the calls still come through.  Fricking annoying. I cancelled service with Time Warner- they let me walk away rather than offer me any sort of deal, I tried 4 times too. Why are they bothering me now?

Time Warner's service should be as persistant as their phone calls are.  
I only want my internet service - not for you to be bothering me daily!!

I agree with 'mimi'.....if Time Warner spent as much  effort and energy on their internet service as this method of promoting other services, THEN I would really be happy.

Just to confirm, 877-285-9672 is Time Warner and they are calling to try and get you to sign up for additional services.
IF you do not answer the call, they will keep trying to call back in the future including on weekends.

I finally answered and told them to indicate on my account NOT to call my number with future promotion calls. The person on the phone was polite, explained that Time Warner has strict policies regarding DO NOT CALL requests, and that he would immediately indicate my request on my account.

I dont understand why It takes 30 days for my request to go into effort, but then Time Warner is a little behind on modern technology!

(877) 285-9672  keeps calling, unknown, no answer.  Stop this abuse!  Report to FCC

Annoying unwanted phone call from Time Warner Telemarketing

This is Time Warner Cable calling people who have cell phones and not land lines trying to sell a land line.  They don't give up calling til you tell them you are not interested as they have called me dozens of times.

I'm with you. They called and tried to sell me a bundle package. I told them I don't watch TV and the telemarketer sounded shocked, "You don't watch TV??" LOL
