Call from a 'scam likely' number asked for a call back to this number about a google listing.

Got call from this number about Google maps information. Was a recording and stated that it was urgent. Didn't call it due to spam sounding recording. This call was on our business phone system not cell, we answer all calls.

Call about an urgent request to update a business listing on Google Maps. I called back once, and the line disconnected. After I called back the second time and questioned them, the line went dead again and I knew it was a scam.

Received a voicemail from "james at the help center" from this number regarding an 'urgent issue with my Google Maps'.  I don't ever call back anyone who doesn't reference their own company name.  And I for darn sure know it's not from Google. SPAM.

Someone called from this number saying my business had a serious issue with Google search, that it wasn't appearing on Google Maps. He asked me if I was the owner of the business, I said yes (I'm not really), They asked basic questions about the business anyone can google with our tel number to verify. The guy asked me  for three key words for customers to find us on google. I gave it to him three. He was repeating the words back to me as I gave them to him. Then he goes, "and the last one?". Then I said, oh you want four words? He said "oh yeah, four words". Then, he transferred me to a lady (the analyst), who when she repeated the key words, she only repeated three. She said yeah, when I google those words your business doesn't show, and she mentioned other businesses in the area, but ours. She then said "to fix this problem you need to pay a one time fee of $399.00. I said, can you email me the invoice, so I can run it through our financial department and get it paid. She said "I can't email it to you, you need to pay with me if you want the problem fixed". I told her, I still wasn't sure who they were and didn't feel comfortable paying over the phone. Very dismissive, she said, "well if you want the problem fixed, you can call us back when you are ready, and hung up. I googled search our business using the key words that I gave them and our business came up.

Yeah I’ve been getting hit hard about urgent Google listing issues regarding my business and Google maps.
