These people keep calling my mother telling her I have a civil case against me, which I don't, and never have had. A Mr. Porter called her and said I had 24 hours to contact him (I guess or else), so I called the number left with my mother and it was busy - I called 15 times, all busy. These people are idiot collection agencies, looking to collect on old bills and are not beyond lying and using scare tactics, even if they have the wrong person. The are scum and should be hung up on immediately.

I also got a call from this dude.  He mentioned that the claim was filed with a local county court.  I did a search through the county court cases and didn't find my name.

I receive receive calls for my mother and my sister.  If a claim was filed against me at the court house, then why I wasn't served with any papers.
