They got me too!  But it showed up on my credit card statement.  Just called my credit card company and they're reimbursing me, told me they'd contact me if the merchant squawked about it.  I have no doubt that they WON'T.  Called the number but got a really cheesy automated answering service that put me on hold.  Hung up--have no interest in waiting for no reason.  I seriously doubt anyone would take the call.  

Interesting that the charge occurred on 12/27/09 for exactly $19.95.  I guess the Christmas holiday seemed like a good time to sneak in fraudulant charges?

They charged me as well. DIGITAL STORE 877-288-1013 for 19.95. Called the number, chose option one, and it says it refunded my money. I have no idea how that manged to get my card number, or who they are. With all the stolen data from credit centers lately, I wonder if it would be worth changing my card.

They put an authorization for $1 on my Debit card on 1/10/2010 and a follow-up charge same day for $19.95 from "DIGITAL STORE 8772881013 FL" going to dispute both as my wife and I have no clue who this is and have not purchased anything that would account for this charge. Tried calling but it just rang and rang.

Got me for 29.95.  Shut down my card.  Worried about ID theft now.

Yeah, I got a 29.95 charge on my credit card.  
Guess they thought I wouldn't notice since it was near the holidays or something. But I think I would know if I made a charge to the conveniently vague "digital store".
When I called the number, I got an equally vague message of "Welcome.  If your card has been incorrectly charged, press one."  Then they ask for the last six digits of the card.  Yeah, right.  No name and then you want me to just give you the numbers on my card?
And who asks for the last six anyway?
Obviously, I had to call my credit card company to get a refund and cancel my card.

Got me too 12/23/09 for $29.95.  I cancelled my credit card.

Got a charge on 01-19-2010 for $29.95 on debit card

web site link shows a bogus spyware software.  Never heard of this place and did not authorize this purchase.

I noticed a $1 authorization on my bank card; I immediately called the bank and they said it was an authorization for $19.95 with the DIGITAL STORE and they didnt have any other information at the time until it charged through the acct.  I waited and checked the next day, called the number and it prompted me that if I didnt recognize the charge to press an number and it stated it would refunded and would take 3-4 days to process. The phone number went to a very cheesy old computer generated voice and is so very fraudulent.  I mean, how many people are not going to catch this and the company behind it will be making millions of dollars.  I am glad that I caught this and I have contacted a local TV Station to see if they would investigate and get the word out.

I just had a charge as well for 24.95, got the same recording. I check my banking regularly & am careful with online purchases. I recently went to NYC, pd cash for everything except one little gift store Grandslam NYC. That was the last place I used the card & a few days later this shows up. I called there to ask how they handle cc #'s & they seemed surprised. But how else do people get your # other than a clerk who steals it or online. So canceled the card & will have bank dispute charge.

These low lifes are charging your card and hoping you don't notice. By providing a swift refund they are trying to fly under the radar but don't let them get away with this. If they charge your card without authorization they are in violation of their contract with their credit card service provider, and they may be in violation of the law.

The more complaints that are filed means this company hits the feds radar quicker. The faster we get these criminals shut down, the less money they make of of hard -working honest people!

If you fail to get your refund from Pefect Software LLC within the 3-5 day timeframe call you Credit Card company and dispute the charge. You are protected and you will get your money back if you report the charge in a timely manner.

Found a charge that just was put through today (1/29/10) and is pending in the amount of $24.95.  It is on my debit card I ONLY use online and that is intentionally not connected to any of the other accounts.  Also got cheesy message, will see what takes place.  This stuff is so aggravating!  And I will follow through with FCC.

Does anyone have any extra info about this? I, too, will be placing a complaint with the FCC. How dare they make me take time out of my day to go get another new credit card.

Found a charge from DIGITAL STORE 8772881013 FLUS that just was put through yesterday (2/3/10) in the amount of $29.95.  It is on my debit card.  Today it was put back in I call my bank yesterday and they did not who it was from.  Tpday I call and cancelled my debit card.  I call and left a message that I was going to fill a police report.  This is why I check my account everyday.

Same thing happened to me. Digital Store 877-288-1013 FL charged 19.95 unauthorized charge and pending transaction for $1. I had to cancel my card as well. Scumbags.
