Yep, they got me for $19.95...have to dispute charge and cancel cards...

Just got hit . Had a deduct from my bank automatically . they are now waiting on their  $ 1.00  after  for the $29.95 has cleared .

To report to my credit card co. ,  The bank asked for me to call and find out what is said per phone call . We know that answer , same as all of the
above .

I got the charge as well. They took it right off. would like to know how they got my account number.

Ditto... $19.95. Charged through my debit card.

They got me for $24.95!  My c/c co said it was a charge from the UK!!!!  I had to cancel my c/c AGAIN.  This is the second time in 6 mo my card has been compromised; not by this company.  I called the 877 # and I get this go around...press 1/lv VM/press 1/leave VM.  Very frustrating.

Same thing happened to me on 2/19/10. It was in the pending stage forever, then it finally posted for $19.95. Call your credit card company immediately & cancel your card, it's a bogus company.

Same story...I got hit for $24.95 on 02/22/2010, charge from Digital Store.  I cancelled my card and filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as recommend from another victim.

Digital Store is a fraud but they paid me back! I was charged from my ATM/Debit card $24.95. I called the 877 # listed on my statement and was directed to press #1 if I was disputing a charge, punch in my last 6 digits of my card- it verified that I was charged the $24.95 and the date of the charge, asked if I wanted to be credited the charge to press #1, then I was instructed that my credit had been processed. The next day I had a credit of $24.95. I cancelled my card to avoid it happening again in the future.

Registering because a charge of $29.95 show up on my Chase Visa Card, and NO telephone call came in.  The charge went on February 4, 2010, but I did not catch it till Feb. 27.  Now reported I'll keep my fingers crossed that Visa does the right thing.  Detail are: Sale, DIGITAL STORE (Services and Merchandise) from Florida, 877-288-1013.

I just found the same bogus on my card statement - $29.95 - calling the credit card company right now. Would be interested to know how hey got the number, i am sure we all have something in common that we don't know about (same online shopping on certain homepage, paypal account or something).

Ok, I called the credit card company, filed a complaint and also filed a complaint with the Feds like mentioned before. I checked the domain owner and it's registered with the address of a business in FL that looks legitimate. I assume that they just picked these people randomly and the name is probably wrong too. Somebody should look into this!

Also got the mysterious $29.95 charge.  Called their number, and requested a refund through their voice prompt system.  Cancelled my credit card.  I will also be filing a complaint with the FTC.  These scum need to be shut down!

DO NOT verify your card with them! This is part of the scam. Now they know your card works and can use it elsewhere.

Make the call and if you do not get a live person, hang up. Do not leave a voicemail with more personal info that they can use to steal your identity. I.E. phone number.

Go the VISA route and have them remove the transaction. Cancel card, if you want to. Always cancel Debit Cards though. Too much hassle to fix a debit card situation.

Had the same experience, with a charge for $19.95 placed Feb. 16.  Will be taking the advice listed earlier and filing a complaint at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ .

I am going to call credit card company and put this into dispute.  I did this before with another card about two years ago.  They sent papers to me, I filled out describing fraudulent charges, also got documentation online indicating that it was a fraudulent website and product.  I mailed papers and articles to credit card company, charges were reversed.  It took about 2 months to completion.

Folks, dispute the charges with your credit card companies.
