trying to collect a debt but cant provide any proof of debt , cant give address ,phone number ,or zip code

They are calling saying if I don't pay a amount by tomorrow that there will be a warrant out for my arrest.

they called ex family and left a message from an" investigator cain" saying 'i had to return this call with the case number they left or they would issue a warrant for my arrest"...this can not be legal,im going to report it to the attorney general for them to investigate!

just received a call from "Investigaot Janice Hunter" saying wage garnishment, 3 alligations and warrant will be issued and gave a "case number"... This is a Scam and Fradulent scam artists... :-( :-( Absolutely a SCAM!! Don't give any information!!! Will fill complaints with FTC this afternoon!!

Got a call from "Investigaor" Arthur King Ext 118 for me to call back or he would be forced to submit an arrest warrant for me.  Legit Law Enforcement does not call you to tell you about an arrest warrant. Probably just a debt collector using scare tactics.

They were calling my parents threatening to arrest me. I called my DA and a lawyer. They are bogus, I called them back and informed them of what I found out and Mr. King hung up on me.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS COMPANY AS WELL AND FOUND THEM TO BE VERY HELPFUL. I TOO HAD RUN INTO SOME PROBLEMS AND HAD TAKEN OUT A LOAN A FEW YEARS BACK.  THEN THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS.  I DISREGARDED IT.  CK SVCS CALLED AND I WAS ABLE TO SET UP ARRANGEMENTS, THEY SENT ME DOCS, AND I WAS ABLE TO RECEIVE  A PAID IN FULL LETTER ONCE IT WAS PAID OFF.  SO, IF YOU OWE, THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU.

lisa....why would you write something like that its so phony and stupid..we all know that your a lying low life sleazy debt collector,,one of the mistakes you made is..THEY SENT ME MY DOCS,,that is debt collector talk not people owing money the debtor would of said they sent me documents.

PEOPLE.. when these low lifes call you ask them for there license to collect money and they have to give it to you and make sure you check it out because your dealing with  low lifes..yes they will lie to you
never give them your banking info they will wipe out your bank account and never give them your c/c guarantee it will be maxed out in one day also you cannot be arrested for a civil matter.
these low life debt collectors gets paid 7.00 an hour and 15% commission on every collection and being collections is way down these low lifes are not making money and there desperate so they post there stupid lies on here to generate business..

I got a call from a guy name Richard Steele,  I called the number back and then a guy name Mr King picks up and begans to tell me that I have a old payday loan back in 2008. He began to tell me that I am just calling you to let you know that they are getting ready to issue a warrant for my arresst in LA. He called me from 240-247-1564. He also left me a voicemail and said to call him back at 877-288-4317. I called the guy back and he started with telling me about an old Payday loan that I had with a company Advance America. He had some of my personal information (last four of my SSN Address) he said that he was going to send a warrant for my arrest to LA County. I said why are you telling me this. So then he rudely hung up the phone. To make a long story short I began to ponder on the fact that I dont want a warrant and he said that they were going to charge me with two Felony's (Fraud  and some other Charge related to Frauding a company). I began to worry so the guy hung up the phone  Now i began to call him back because I began to worry. I ask the guy was there anything that I could do then he started saying that  he could stop whe warrant for 200 dollars and I would have to pay him 400 dollars in 30 days, or give him 300 dollars and that will settle the case.  I gave this Coward (Mr. King) my banking info and he got me for 200.00. I am calling his office now and now I can see that this guy is a scam he's been hanging up the phone in my face. he has some professional ladies answering the phone and transferring you to only him. Me and this coward has been arguing all moning.

Received same call looking for a relative who lives out of state. never did respond to it. Thought it was a scam.

Now received a letter with same phone number ot of alpharetta ga demanding 745.00

People already did their research and found out that nobody goes to jail for a debt. If they have a debt, they shouldn't pay money to some Indian accented idiot that calls them out of the blue from a rotten boiler room in Mumbai, India.
